Interesting game idea that is ruined by poor execution. | 🌕🌗🌑🌑🌑 1.5/5 The general idea behind the game is find the correct sequence of events to get the true ending. You'll do this by interacting with the various objects in your room or apps on your computer. However, expect to fail repeatedly and redo the same events over and over until you get there. This means you'll die... and die a lot. This isn't necessarily a bad thing as the game has a a number of unique deaths which keeps it somewhat interesting. Unfortunately, the game is short and limited so you'll soon get quickly bored seeing the same small amount of content it offers. While there is a definitive direction for the game, the outcome unfortunately feels like its mostly decided by random chance. Add to the fact the game is incredibly buggy doesn't help matters either. For example, endings that overlap and unwarranted spawn deaths in the included mini game. The game is bare bones also with no settings or even an option to quit the game. All of which results in frustrating game play and just cheapens the whole experience. Pity as all of these could have easily been ironed out if a little more time was spent on polish. At full price, I'd definitely give it a miss but on a heavy discount, there's some argument that it might be worth your time. Just.

Don't Chat With Strangers or DCWS for short, is a short horror mystery game revolving around a guy who, during the middle of the night, mysteriously encounters some chat messages from a strange girl in an online chat. You can either discover the meaning of these messages, or well, die trying, in some incredibly gruesome ways. While I don't entirely agree with the mixed review status of the game, some of the criticisms are completely understandable. The main ending can be really tedious and long to pull off with how many intricate steps are involved, but I did find myself intrigued for the most part. The whole atmosphere is quite spooky and ominous and the horror element was definitely present. My main issue though, is an unobtainable achievement, that can't be earned through normal means. I don't know what the point of adding something that couldn't be earned within the game was. Luckily, there is a way to get it, which may or may not have been the developer's intended method, it is called Illuminati, after all. Overall though, it's not half bad, the story is interesting enough, it just can play really slow at times, with a few bugs, but I've definitely played worse.

we need chinese, window mode.
Don't chat with stranger's - прекрасный вариант, как по мне.
Don't Chat With Strangers is a rather poorly made Java puzzle/adventure game that takes the form, mostly, of a desktop simulator where the developer expresses his dream of one day talking to a girl. Of course in this case the girl is a ghost that tries to kill you, but overall whatever is going on with plot and narrative here is drowned out by the incredibly poor technical execution. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. The controls can't be customised because the game has such a dumbed down, simplified interface that it's just point and click stuff like a browser/Flash game. The fact that the interface is this dumbed down might be seen as a problem in itself, however... this is a fairly shallow experience if you're the kind of gamer that likes to play games with deep, rich control schemes and interaction. You'll get none of that here. Comically, the game was written in Java (I'm not making this up). Talk about not using the right tools for the job. Might as well try to bake a cake with a screwdriver. The extremely poor choice of game engine here is a major contributing factor to the defects with the game. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. For comparison, the $5 asking price for this game could get you games like "Fallout 4", "Killing Floor" or "The Walking Dead". No pixelcrap is worth $5. If developers want to get paid the same kind of money as real game developers who know how to do graphics properly, they need to learn how to do graphics properly. So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam? Don't Chat With Strangers has the preposterous price of around $5 USD, it's not worth it given the defects and shortcomings with the product, especially considering the sheer number of completely free, much higher quality games on Steam.

Don't Chat With Strangers to gra z pozoru krótka i łatwa do przejścia. Do zdobycia go trzeba pogrzebać w plikach gry, żeby wpisać go zamiast innego.
