About
*****************************************************************************
This project is no longer in active development.
I truly appreciate everyone who supported the game, but at the moment I need to focus on other work in order to sustain myself. Unfortunately, this title does not provide the income necessary for me to continue its development.
There are plans and ideas for the future, but they will only move forward when my situation allows it.
If you purchased the game and feel it does not meet your expectations, you are fully welcome to request a refund through Steam.
Thank you for your understanding.

Dome Discover is an adventure RPG game with anime aesthetics set in a word where humans live enslaved in a Dome without being able to escape.
16-year-old Aeon will live his last days with his family and friends in this Dome which is controlled by DUX Ananke, who does not allow anyone to leave. But there is a minimal possibility of escape: Every 100 years you must fight against the DUX of the Dome and thus be able to free the people from this confinement. But how will only the nine people who live in this little Dome do it?
Developed in Unreal Engine 4. The whole game will be based on a crafting system, to advance with the story, create weapons, reach new points on the map, until the final fight against the DUX of the Dome takes place.

It's definitely fast alright... but so far that's the only thing it has going for it imo (gameplay wise at least). Feels pretty janky and rough around the edges otherwise. For the state it's in at the minute, big no. - Resolution options need to be added; the text on the main menu goes way offscreen for me. - Game isn't TOO optimised yet. Even on medium settings it put pressure on my GPU (GTX 1660ti if anyone cares). And the game doesn't even look that good on medium. - Too many dialogue choices for my liking. Don't get me wrong, I do like my dialogue choices in games, but only from time to time, not for every freaking reply for every conversation though (and you reply a lot in this). - Waypoint doesn't work perfectly (it gets the job done though, I guess). - You SHOULDN'T have to press a button to draw and put away your weapon; the game should do that automatically (that button only exists on mouse btw, controller doesn't have one mapped yet). Also, why does the girl I'm escorting only follow me when it's put away?? - From what I believe, there's only an automatic lock-on, which does make things feel janky since you can't do it manually (could be wrong, but idk how to do it at least). - Combat feels way too overly simple. It CAN be a good thing in games don't get me wrong, but there's literally only 1 attack button here and the fighting is pretty easy. Combat so far is "ok" at best also; wouldn't really say it's on the level of satisfying yet. - Quest design feels weird and unnatural (imo). Kinda have no idea what's really going on. - That escort mission felt way, WAY too long. Like seriously, the distance you travel kills the pacing, ngl. - Feels like the MC tries to move in different directions than what you're telling him to (at least on controller) sometimes. I've even had him stop right in his tracks when trying to run up some big hill. I played for a bit after that escort mission and then stopped honestly. The next mission objective after that was on the other side of the map and he kept stopping his running; I just couldn't take it at that point. That SAID though, I do understand that the game is still in Alpha and has a long way to go. I do think it has potential though. Looking forward to seeing future updates. Also, you CANNOT tell me that this MC isn't based on Adol Christin from Ys, lmao. Big smile when I saw that in the previews tbh (and actually one of the reasons I cared to try this out lol).
This game is very much in an alpha state (Jan 2022). Graphics look pretty nice and interesting, character models seem pretty well-done. The character movement is a little janky, like someone else said. Attacking with your sword gives a kind of fencing animation; it feels pretty weightless atm. I could see it becoming a good game, though. Music in the starting area feels a little loud, but passable, somewhat generic fantasy-style. There's some clipping in the very first room you start in if you jump (can see through the ceiling). I don't think there's quite enough meat on this game yet to really make a recommendation one way or another, but I'll definitely check back in six months and see how it looks then. The developer is currently working on the combat mode to make it more interesting, so it seems to me like they're listening to player feedback, which is a good sign. :)
Do not buy. Developer removed all game files from this. Used 3rd party software to get game time to write this review.
Dome Discover fast game with modern day graphics with easy controls that moves from location A to B to C and so on, good game. Personal Suggested Purchase Price: NA (Free To Play)

Although it is in development, it is a great game. Recommended for those who want an Old School RPG.
So far so good i have played through both starting missions and i really see the potential is this game. It reminds me a YS another 3rd person action rpg i can wait to see more from this project. Keep up the great work. :)
