I had already played on the mobile app, It s really cool to have a version for the bigger screen. The ui is also way more simpler.
Très bon jeu avec des beaux graphisme et une histoire intéressante, je recommande !
Extremely well crafted adventure, with much humour. Yes you will cast the occasional AoE fireball and avenge your friend, but also get the opportunity to become a vampire, a zombie if very for a very short time, and soul project yourself into various realms. All things you can't do IRL, so go for it. This is part of a growing number of adventures around the same realm. For now, presently accounted for: the thief favoured by a trickster godling, the succubus seeking freedom from the Abyss at all costs, and the ranger betrayed by all.

A better title would be:
DnD Prewritten Story: Wizard's Railroad
... because of how much you're led on through false choice after false choice. None of our decisions have any real impact on how the story ends and no matter what you do, you always end up at the same destination. Mass Effect had at least 3 identical endings - this game's chapters have only one. It's fun to read, though. However, I highly suggest you buy this only with a discount. There are porn digital novels for the same price or even cheaper that at least show boobs instead of just describing them.
relativity good if your bored and don't mine reading a good story
I am a long-time time of gamebooks and tried my luck with some digital ones, usually with mixed or bad results ; this game falls in the same trend. While I was onboard with the first chapter, it soon became clear that, like some of the worst gamebooks, your path to victory will be paved with trying again and again. Unlike a "traditional" videogame though, there is no gameplay to experience or to get better at. You just find the optimal choice, there is no point in re-reading the same sections of text, as the variations are quite light. This the pain point for me : it's not about a branching story, it's about managing your stats with not always logical choices. The story, while engaging at first, was really not enough to motivate me through this slog. Alas, I also have no interest in scores, especially not in a game not relying on your skills. It may last longer than a paper gamebook for a little price, but with artificially padded playtime, I would still suggest to get your hands on a physical gamebook- the genre experiences a renewal. I stopped at chapter 2 and I find it telling that almost none of the positive reviews reached the 20+ promised playtime.
It is just what I was looking for in a choose your own adventure, not drowned by mechanics or lore dumps just a simple exciting story that manages to make you interested in the characters and hungry to have the stats go up. The art can sometimes be funny looking and I get that the looks might throw you off but it charmed me in no time. Definitely more than worth the 3/4 bucks.
Bought this game for mobile and on tablet. This game is very story rich choice game that I very highly recommend buying along with any Delight Games on Steam.
