DLC Quest

I played this in the era where you would find parody and nostalgia games all over. And I thought this one would be great too, but... it's mediocre at best. Below average though. The jokes aren't really funny, the gameplay doesn't develop much, there's no challenge whatsoever, just basic references. Better pass on this one.

B급을 제대로 보여준 게임이라고 생각합니다. 게임 컨셉자체가 요즘 AAA+게임시장을 저격하는 느낌이 없지않아 있으나, 대놓고 저격하는것도 아니고 컨셉에 맞는 스토리도 갖췄습니다. 사실 그런 뉘양스를 풀풀 풍겼더라도 큰 문제라고 느끼진 않았을것 같지만요. 이름과 같게 게임의 모든 콘텐츠를 DLC를 구매하며 진행해야합니다. 다만 그 DLC라 하는것은 인게임내에서 구매하는 것이며, 인게임재화로 이뤄지게됩니다. 애초에 이게 주 플레이방식이고요. 그래서 DLC를 사고 난 전과 후의 NPC들의 대화도 보는 재미가 있습니다. 다만 NPC 들의 대화 스크립트와 개발자 비하인드(?)를 읽는것도 컨텐츠의 일부인 게임이라고 생각하는데, 생각보다 영어능력을 요합니다. 기초적인 정도만 알아도 뉘양스를 읽을 순 있으나, 미국식드립을 이해하기 난감한 경우도 있고 웃긴포인트를 잡아내긴 힘든 부분이 있습니다. 이건 조금 아쉬울 정도 그 뿐이네요. 가격도 50%할인하면 1700원에 불과하고, 플탐도 2시간 내외라 가성비는 매우 좋습니다.

100% Ubisoft experience

A shrug and a chuckle of a game that's very much of it's time. Of it's time, I remember enjoying some of it's humor but not the gameplay. That was kinda the point, but I'd sooner recommend experienceing through a playthrough. I'm not even sure where I got 2hrs of play time from besides scouring every inch of the game because I overestimated how much there was to do. Not bad, not great, but I'd lean against buying it.

I thought the game was just a typical meme game meant only for farming trading cards, but I liked the parody of DLCs—and, well, rescuing the princess.
