Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.86/day in the week to Aug 11 → 2.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Excellent interactive survival horror movie. Amazing graphics, but using a 4090 with everything on max and DLAA, getting around 110 FPS. I dont understand the 72 meta score... Have some balls, play it on lethal QTE's the first go around and schwack some characters! NO REWINDS

The Dark Pictures Anthology games are very nice immersive horror games! Although this one is just called Directive 8020, it still is a The Dark Pictures game and again a very nice one.
A pretty decent horror-choice game. I really enjoyed my time with this one, some, if not all of the stealth sections are sort of dull and boring but the story and characters are quite likeable, voice acting is just like any other Supermassive game, it works and it doesn't work, but that's the magic of these games. It's scary in some parts, a step up from some of the other games in terms of fear factor, I just found the freeform stealth sections unfitting for this sort of game/genre, I hope they go back to the decision based cutscene gameplay for future games (Not saying there ISN'T choices in this game, but you'll see what I mean when you play) On the topic of choices, there's quite a bit of them, but compared to previous entries I will say they were fairly easier to understand and know the outcome, which is both bad and good. There was only ever one part of the story where I had to stop for a second before choosing, unlike previous games where it took a little more thinking, The gadgets you can use such as the scanner help out with enemy pathing, but it generally makes the stealth gameplay mind numbingly easy, and the environments for them are way too forgiving. The marker for the main objective is a great addition, as a collector knowing which room or area will lead to a cutscene or progressing the story is a great way to not accidently go into a room I can't come back from and lose out on valuable secrets and lore, so props for this. Turning points: Not much to say about them, it's like the heart/rewind system from the Quarry but changed up so you can do it as many times as possible, also just branches to see which decisions do what which is good for completionists. If you are new to the Supermassive (Dark picture) games, then I wouldn't recommend starting with this one, not because it's bad, but because you will come to understand and love the games more if you start with the older ones (Man of Medan, Little Hope, House Of Ashes and Devil In me) there's also the Quarry, Until Dawn and Casting of Frank stone, but that one I would recommend avoiding entirely as it's a slog. Overall this game has a good foundation for future entries. If they do go the path of freeform stealth sections, I hope they make the AI better instead of it being dumb and easy to sneak past, once again Supermassive have managed to give us a great game with (few) nit-picks. 7/10
