Insane how good of a noir this is and the themes it tackles in an incredibly funny way. Can't recommend it enough.
I loved every part of this game. It's both silly and serious, it's truly a special game to me now and i need to play more, give us a sequel pleaseeeeeeee
This game was peak, I sat down and played through the whole thing in 2 days. I took my time and really enjoyed the game and all the characters, with enough funny and cute moments to keep you engaged while you try to solve the mystery! 9/10 I had a lot of fun with it.
I love this game! Investigating the mystery is fun and satisfying, and the way everything is laid out in your journal keeps it from becoming too complex. The game's world is cute and the dialogue is funny, and there are lots of little secrets and sidequests. A treat for dinosaur enthusiasts and puzzle lovers.
The game is really good and the story is weirdly deep with it's focus on politics. Time system and detective board are satisfying and clear to use. There are some issues with map clipping but it's in no way game breaking but a bit jarring in some places like in the garden. Great indie game to play on a whim.
Had a fantastic time with Dinocop. First of all, dinosaurs are the coolest yet so many games that include them are about killing them. What's up with that? Anyway, the moment I saw the main character's first-person perspective with his tiny dino arms, I fell in love with this game. The gameplay is fun and encourages exploration and the writing involves my kind of humor and politics, so I kept spamming the screenshot key. The lack of time pressure was a huge plus. The characters have schedules but if you miss one event you can just do it the next day. I don't even care that it doesn't make sense in-universe! It makes complete sense from the point of view of a player who wants to have fun. And Dinocop is just as fun as you'd expect from the premise.
basicly politics in a nutshell but with funny dinosurs
