Fun cheap little game. No complaints here!
This game is generally dead so far if you are looking for online multiplayer matchmaking. I can barely find 1 player (most of the time it can't find any, so it automatically starts up my own party and looks for players to join who never usually do). If you're buying this, make sure you have at least a few friends who also have it. I hope this game succeeds but it has not popped off the way I had hoped it would thus far. I will update to thumbs up when I actually get to experience this game whenever my friends buy it, but online matchmaking as a solo player has not been a fun experience at all.
Arcade-Games...? Party-Games...? mag sehr zu empfehlen! UND ES SIND F*CKING DINOS! <3 :DDDD
In a world of buggy early access games and money hungry live service free-to-plays, Dino Party was actually such a refreshing change of pace! I played 4-5 games with 3 of my friends, and noticed no bugs, and I was pleasantly surprised by the responsive controls and fun movement. It plays a bit like Gang Beasts and has similar party modes and minigames like Fall Guys, and with your one-time purchase of Dino Party, all the content is unlockable by earnable currency and leveling up, both which happen by just playing the game (you also start the game with some money in your pocket, so you can customize your dino right away with default options or by buying unlockable options)! $10-12 is a honestly a great value for a game this competent if you know you play a lot of games like this with your friends. It seems like it could've been developed with the free-to-play route in mind, but I'm glad it wasn't! Three small recommendations to the devs: customizable teeth, a color picker option for custom colors (if possible), and maybe more intuitive keyboard and mouse controls. Keep up the good work!
Couldnt get into a match. We need more people online.
keep getting stuck in AFK player lobbies. Need to be able to block or kick host that have no activity.
Fun game, great price. I love that it is local multiplayer and no microtransactions. The only feedback I have is to have the outfit menu be accessible from the lobby. If I play with someone who wants to customize their dino, it's easy to just wait for them to do it in the lobby rather than go to a seperate menu and save it. I have a significant other where that is too high friction.
