True chads dig straight down
I love it. Very cute, very fun.
It's a bit raw at the moment, but the basic gameplay loop is solid. Hopefully it can get some updates and reach its full potential.

was ok until it disenchanted all items on my drill instead of 1 like I'd thought it would so I lost time and money on it.
Ummmm, yeah! Always good to see someone rediscover The One True Game Loop; dig down, fill your limited inventory with increasingly-valuable valuables, buy upgrades to let you dig deeper faster, repeat. Always satisfying, and for free; why not? Very charming. I do have one issue though, and I'm going to put this behind a spoiler tag; what I will say spoiler-free is, don't go into this with the goal of "beating the game", just enjoy the digging and upgrading. Anyway;
As the description says, you can dig down through thousands of layers, and you can retrieve the Heart of the Earth. These things are true, but pretty misleading. First, the Heart Of The Earth isn't thousands of layers down, or at least wasn't in my map; if you hit 4 digits, you've gone too far, and there doesn't seem to be much to gain from going that deep. Second, The Heart Of The Earth, while the rarest item, isn't the final goal. There is no final goal as far as I can tell; dig as deep as you like, grab whatever you like, the game will just keep going. Finally, while you can get the Heart Of The Earth in theory, in practice there's nothing I could find in game to guide you to it. Unless you systematically dig every block for many hundreds of layers down, you're likely to miss it and just keep digging deeper and deeper and deeper wondering when you're going to find it; you won't, there's nothing new this deep.
With a bit of tweaking... a bit more direction in the late game, work on the game's end... this could be excellent. As it is, it is merely very good time-wasting fun. For free. I heartily recommend it on that basis.
