Difficult times

Довольно жёсткая башенная защита. Врагов просто море и прут без остановки. Радует большая площадь застройки "башнями". Не радует довольно напряжённое постоянное участие в происходящем. Я люблю построить башни, а потом смотреть как оно справляется. Тут же требуется постоянно что-то делать и на что-то реагировать. Так же не радует пиксельная графика. Пора перешагнуть это убожество и научиться программировать нормальную графику. Надо расти над собой, а не оставаться в прошлом. Или вы всё ещё с соской и в обосранных ползунках? Мир уже наплодил множество прекрасных игровых движков и массу графических редакторов. Хватит ностальгировать на погремушку.

A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 4 players, and the worst part is these weren't genuine players, these were the Russian fake review accounts that the developer paid to make the fake reviews. Since the fake reviews are all done, now the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 110,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name. So, should you buy this asset flip? Is this better than any of the 110,000+ genuinely made games on Steam? Of course not! "Difficult times" has the almost unethical price of $10 USD, for which you could easily get any number of older AAA games. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend.

Someone bought some very pretty assets, but failed to add any game to this mediocre tower defense offering. No tactical decisions, no strategic decisions, no tower upgrades, no pathing, no fluff, in essence, no game. I paid about a buck, and it might be worth while for a small child, maybe, but I cannot recommend this.

Absolutely pitiful tower defense "game" from a shovelware "company" that goes by several different aliases. Lacks every nicety and feature typical TD games have: no fast forwarding, no selling or upgrading towers, no varying enemy types, and a small number of towers/abilities. Not to mention the inconsistent art style and incorrectly scaled pixel art. It's stupidly easy and short as well - just spam the crossbow tower everywhere since it can hit every lane. You've seen everything this has to offer after about 5 minutes - please spend the $9.99 (or $1 on sale) on anything else. P.S. The positive reviews are fake and paid for.

Действительно тяжелые времена настали. Враги прут тут напролом, главное не засмотреться на красивые декорации уровней и не прозевать момент!

У нас есть портал с небольшим запасом прочности. С помощью этого портала мы переправляем войска прямо в логово врага, дабы уничтожить его в его мире, а в наш не допустить. Сперва осматриваем местность и подмечаем, куда и какие башенки мы поставим для защиты основных подходов, а параллельно выпускаем всех доступных вояк. Помним, что места враждебные, а потому можем только строить и восстанавливать частоколы, которые разрушили. Продумываем шаги свои! Как только начнём ставить башни, то пойдут на нас все имеющиеся волны врага в этой местности. Тут же стоит не забывать использовать способности, которые со временем восстанавливаются и восстанавливать вояк. А вот для новых башенок нам нужно больше золота, которое будет выпадать из поверженных врагов, а мы его соберём потом. То есть: Нужно больше золота! Нужно построить зиккурат! В новых местах больше вариантов защиты доступно, но и защищать местность сложнее. Кстати, не стоит забывать следить за разведкой, ибо разведчики наши подскажут и укажут, откуда будет переть толпа. В общем, трудные времена в трудных временах, но я стараюсь. Само старание очень даже занимательно! И в итоге я нашёл подход, чтобы пройти игру и заодно выполнить все достижения!
