About
Once again, the thirst for alcohol drives him... an old and sweaty skuf. He drank and accumulated garbage in his apartment for so long that one day, a beer bottle gained consciousness and decided to escape from him, without letting him drink it. To escape from the skuf and find his altushka - that is the goal of the one who has just gained consciousness!
Skuf vs Beer Bottle Party - A top-down game where the player, as a beer bottle, runs away from the skuf, fights off mortal skulls that are chasing their drunken target, and searches for the altushka, the only one for whom he saved his liquid.

"Skuf vs beer bottle party" is yet another construction kit template copy+paste from serial shovelware pushers, Gamesforgames/Atomic Fabrik (he uses a lot of shell accounts to hide his identity). These guys do nothing but copy premade game templates and game tutorials, fill out a few things/stamp out basic levels using the construction kit templates, slap on an asset flipped set of sprites/assets, and dump them on Steam and into cheap nasty shovelware game bundles as cash grabs. This time it's a few AI generated/asset flipped sprites dumped on a basic GameMaker Studio top down shooter/action game blueprint, AI Slop for the marketing page, and a bunch of paid reviews from the Russian review farm uncovered by Sentinels of the Store. To put it simply, this is a SCAM. A fake game, a nasty Russian cash grab. Gamesforgames have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

"Botmobile" = Car Stunts developed by Ace
"Save The Settlers" = Free Tower Defence Project developed by 1UP Indie2
"Spaceship Driver License" = X-Racer developed by Deer Cat
"Desert Special Forces" = Frontline Army Commando War developed by Deeko Games
"In a search of a new home" = Pixel Adventure 1 developed by Pixel Frog
"Beach Gas Gas" = Highway Racer Traffic Car Race developed by Unity Boy
"One Chance" = I Hate Fingers developed by Fox Game Studio
"Arena Drift Master" = Zombie Drive Trending Game developed by Virgil Source
"Lunatic Taxi Driver" = Offroad Taxi Driving Sim developed by Sim Studio
"Fight Till The End" = Squid 7 Challenge developed by Flexy Gam
"Skeletos Sword" = Gothic Island developed by UnityUnreal
"Fix My Cat Doc" = Kitty Cat Doctor Pet Vet Doctor Game developed by Fast Games
"Gas Gas Rocket!" = Hovershift developed by SgLib Games
"Fox Golf" = Golf Royale developed by Code Master Studio
Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. Some of the defects in the game can be attributed to the choice of using the GameMaker Studio construction kit/toolset. This is a very poor quality toolset favoured by amateur developers as it's cheap and requires little in the way of development skill, but unfortunately has very limited capabilities. Just as you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear, you can't make a great video game if you use a terrible engine. GameMaker Studio is most commonly used to make retro pixel shovelware and cash grabs. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. "Skuf vs beer bottle party" didn't appeal much to the people who own a copy of the game, either. It has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game didn't really capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is "Complete World 1!", finishing the first level, trivial to get, but less than 20 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game.
Warning: Review Manipulation! This game features a number of fake positive reviews from accounts known to be in the business of review manipulation/paid reviews. They're all written in either Russian, broken English or ChatGPT AI slop, appear at almost exactly the same time, very shortly after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and the accounts are used consistently to write fake reviews for asset flips and other cash grabs/scams. The "Positive" review score on this game should be disregarded due to this blatant, unethical review manipulation. This is done to deceive and scam gamers into paying for a bad product. Due to the 2024 FTC ruling (16 CFR Part 465), these fake reviews are a violation of US Federal Law.
So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 110,000+ games on Steam? "Skuf vs beer bottle party" has the farcical price of $10 USD, for which you could easily get any number of older AAA games. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. For comparison, the $10 asking price for this game could get you games like "Hearts of Iron IV", "Cities: Skylines" or "The Vanishing of Ethan Carter". Quality, professionally made games like those are frequently on sale cheaper than this.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
A humorous casual arcade game. As a bottle of beer, you need to defeat a man to get his woman. First, turn on the music and sounds in the game menu (default volume 0%). You need to run away from the man and kick flying skulls at him. Then a woman appears, and you move on to the next level. With each level, the man's health increases by 100 points, it is harder to kill him. If he catches you, then you start the game from the very beginning (from the first level).
Watch the video on the Store page. Congrats, that's the entire game. The skuf gains 100 HP per level, but your damage also increases proportionally, so it always takes just 8-9 skulls to kill him. You've played one level, you've played them all. I reached Level 35 before just giving up (though you can edit the save file to start on any level... like level 4,294,967,295 [32-bit unsigned integer limit]) and it's the exact same. Achievements don't work (the game doesn't even mention "worlds" at all, regardless of which levels I've tried. This costs $9.99 more than it's worth. Don't play this.

A unique indie game that combines arcade, puzzle, and absurd humor elements. The plot revolves around the main character, Skuf, who enters into an epic battle with a bottle of beer. The gameplay offers a variety of tasks: from solving logical puzzles to dynamic battles. The graphics are made in a minimalist style, which emphasizes the absurdity of what is happening. The soundtrack perfectly complements the atmosphere, adding charm to the game. Recommended for anyone who appreciates non-standard projects and is ready to dive into a world where a bottle of beer becomes the main antagonist.
we kill a skuf with a bottle, or we don't kill him, but we punish or reward him. who knows these skufs)
