Another worthy representative of the "just one more run and then I'll shut down" category. It reminds me of games like Balatro or Spellrogue, with a more personal touch and the great advantage of being able to scale the difficulty very granularly. I play it both alone and with/supervisiong my 6-year-old son, adjusting the experience so that it's challenging in both situations. Recommended!
This game has very fun and clever mechanics underlying it's core systems. The challenge, however, is that a lot of the UI and structuring doesn't quite serve the mechanics and show exactly how things are getting scored and totaled. I think this can really be a special one with a bit more attention given to UI, animation, sound, and narrative.
Dicey Bizniz réussit brillamment à transformer le lancer de dés en un véritable jeu de stratégie. Le jeu propose des décisions constamment intéressantes. Les mains façon poker, les multiplicateurs empilables et les reliques qui modifient en profondeur les règles créent des runs toujours différents, où la réflexion compte. La progression est particulièrement satisfaisante grâce aux 11 antes, aux scénarios variés et au système d'améliorations. Les boss optionnels, le mode infini et la durée idéale des runs (15 à 25 minutes) rendent le jeu aussi agréable pour de courtes sessions que pour des marathons stratégiques. Accessible mais étonnamment profond, Dicey Bizniz est une excellente surprise pour les amateurs de jeux de réflexion. Chaque partie enseigne quelque chose de nouveau sur le timing et la gestion du risque.

Dicealtro It's another Balatrolike with dice. I have played multiple dice based Balatro games at this point and this one is fine. It doesn't do anything outrageous. It doesn't have the same sauce that Balatro has but mechanically functions similarly. I found myself just straight up clicking without reading anything and still doing ok. There are bosses which were a bit confusing, probably because I didn't read anything, but I was able to defeat one without much issue. If you absolutely must play more Balatrolike games, add this one to the list. I recommend this if you are desperate for some Balatro gameplay but like with dice and they skimped on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sauce again ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
