https://www.youtube.com/edit?o=U&video_id=BhnENeDT7bk I put about an hour into the game but only played it for about thirty minutes. i screwed up and set the monitor size wrong and couldn't fix it. Kudos to the dev for the heads up on how to fix my ♥♥♥♥ up. Rebelware earned my respect right there. As for the game itself, I actually had a lot of fun playing it. There's a good amount of tension, though the demon and his legion hordes do seem to pick up on your way too early for my liking. It'd be nice to have a bit of reprieve from time to time to let the unsetteling paranoia something may be following you before your heart starts racing instead of it hitting the moment you enter the pines. That said, when you know something uis drawing closer, your hair can stand up on end as paranoia kicks in whi;e scanning the ground for whatever is lurking in the shadows. There's also a good deal of balance between you and the enemies, but you really need to pay attention most of the time in order to get even that much of a benefit. These things neak up on you at any angle, you sometimes get an arrow indicating where it/they come from, and if you don't waste your incredibly short stamina meter that doesn't exist in the hud, you can survive the attempted assault. This isn't a game you're going to pick up and finish real quick Much like Rake and Finding Bigfoot (or Bigfoot as it's called on the Steam store), you need some aurvival instincts and a good portion of luck with the pick-ups to help keep the demon at bay. It may not seem anything major from ther store page at first, but the more you play, the stronger the difficulty becomes which is the real allure of this venture.

This game will literally not work. I open the game and my screen goes green and staticy and I can't do anything to close out of the game except restart my computer. 0/10 Would not recommend.

This game is perfect for its price point andhas fantastic atmosphere and a slightly randomized playthrough system to make your game different enough for added replay value. If you want to support small indie developers and you like horror games this game is perfect for you.

An interesting but difficult game (when it wasn't crashing). The premise of the game is honestly quite refreshing, but the rng is pretty annoying. From what I've seen from my friends, the biggest takeaway from this game is the unique death animation. That's about it. Decent experience, 5/10. Worth playing, but not with how crash-prone it is. I had a lot of fun with this game. Fun game to play in the dark with headphones. Those cursed bear traps kicked my butt for a while. I would recommend being able to map keyboard controls for those who have preferences. Also wish the crossbow would reload faster lol. ⭐⭐ This is a very simple little indie horror in which you roam a wooded area with a crossbow in search of a key that randomly spawns on the ground somewhere. The goal is to avoid being killed by the 2 different types of enemies that can spawn, find the key and run back to the mineshaft it opens for the final little sequence. You can also find matches to start protective fires, medkits to heal yourself and batteries for your flashlight. Very short game with not a lot going on but I tend to enjoy these sort of "homemade" feeling indie titles and for less than $5 I can't really complain. I played it on all 3 difficulties and each run took me about 15-20 minutes. The different difficulties honestly didn't seem that much different. I wouldn't say it's a scary game but it does make you feel sort of on edge and nervous the whole time due to the fact that if you do get caught off guard by something and killed you need to start your search all over again. That being said the scariest thing in the game is not the demons but rather the bear traps. Made me jump every time.
