it is so much fun and has such a great story
Why in the world would BUNGIE stop content for Destiny with a current 70k daily player base to sunset the game just to have the purple hairs focus on the biggest millennial disaster MARATHON?
MASTER PIECE.

The game development has ended. Pete Carson took his money and ran away leaving the game in a state where Sony (the greedy puppet masters) will leave the Destiny (1 & 2) live service servers running as long as they can tolerate it. The LFG community is a hit and miss, you can get anything from helping Sherpa to KWTD and must have Gjallerhorn + 1000 raid clears so don't expect too much on day to day basis. A lot of people play and quit the game as it gets repetitive very quickly and now that there is a permanent freeze on the content, there's hardly any point in grinding for "end game" because The "game has ended". Clans are almost dead and apart from major discord servers, you won't get much from smaller groups. A lot of cool content like Forsaken etc is gone forever and the build-up to end game will only make sense if you play sequentially. The builds and farming can be annoying for new players as the unlocking system is a grind in itself. The story feels unfinished now that the game development was stopped abruptly. Things may or may not make sense depending on how deep you want to dive in the lore. Raids and dungeons require good team work (unless you want to glitch things and get stuff done) but at this point they are meaningless due to gear freeze. You can pretty much build an end game or activity build without farming endgame content. Destiny was/is one of the unique gaming gems which was destroyed by incompetence and corporate greed. Sony was the worst thing that could have happened to this game and unfortunately they proved to be the last nail in the coffin of this beloved franchise. Sad ending but kudos to dev team who stuck out with these cash worshippers and gave us the last update to leave a fairly enjoyable game. I hope something good comes out of this sad saga!
I have 7k hours on Xbox for D2 and 7k hours for D1. I've just gone to the PC master race for my final stint as a guardian, what a way to end my journey, gonna miss this game so much. RIP Lance Reddick you legend. P.S Destiny as a whole would have been the best game ever made if they didn't mess up before the D1 release and also if the upper management weren't greedy ♥♥♥♥♥. Wizz out x
Good game if not annoying as hell with pushing expansions in your face if you don't have them
its a good game with good gameplay and if u like build crafting and ability spamming your gonna luv this game, end game content raids and dungeons, and new player friendly a good sandbox a bunch of guns and armor rolls to farm for 100+ items in total give it a try trust
