About
Desperate Vlad is a Bullet Hell VR action in the post-Soviet era, filled with primal ultraviolence, furious fights and adrenaline gunfights. Immerse yourself in a world in which you are alone against everyone.
The setting of the game is cyberpunk during the Perestroika period. You take on the role of a contract killer - "torpedo". The life circumstances forced your hero to act aggressively, clawing the way to the destruction of a political organized criminal group and its leader at any cost. The only person who can help you fight evil is an android doll, but it's not like you're 100% human yourself.

The controls are horrible. Can't change gun angle. Story made me uninterested and cringe in the 16 minuted I played. Some stages would start with the camera below the ground. Grabbing and throwing sucks with the index controllers. Got it for 5€ during sales bundled with another game, and even then I felt robbed.
Dynamic VR game in the atmosphere of Russian cyberpunk! We have to help restore the memory of the killer, restore skills and destroy the gangster group The main character can shoot, beat and even throw objects at enemies. Both controllers (hands) can take guns! Yes, shoot from two guns at the same time! Our killer has an assistant, an AI in the form of a beautiful girl, whose voice acting is very pleasant and will be with you the whole game. The game itself has 2 modes: -Plot. The main part of the game where we progress through the storyline -Arena. ha ha let's shoot General pros: + Funny and interesting plot. + Humor. + Beautiful graphics, incendiary music, nice voice acting. + Dynamic, sometimes challenging gunfights
Can't adjust your gun holding angle, literally unplayable. Seemed fun otherwise.

I think it's a very cool idea of a game, something like John Wick meets Superhot. But holy hell is the hitbox for your character far too big. Maybe it was an airline issue, I don't know. But I didn't make it far in the game due to constantly being shot when bullets felt like an arms length away. It just became too frustrating to play. That being said, I do think it's a game that would be fun to play, especially at a discount. The voice acting is good, though a bit mixed on the way it's acted out at times. I liked the way the story was unfolding, and I think most people will still have a good time. Received for free through the steam curation program.
incorrect retelling of the game: The courier arrived at the wrong address, but was rude to him :DDDDDDDD
