游戏好玩，难度适中，也很新颖。 最出彩的应该是剧情细腻的描写，以及与之匹配的汉化。能切实的感受到角色的心境和性格，汉化也非常的优秀。 最终 [spoiler]也没有强行包汉堡 [/spoiler]，这一点十分满意，总之是近期玩到的非常完整成熟的作品，制作组中应该有跟max一样心思敏感又复杂的人吧。 鸡蛋里挑骨头的话：在游戏厅玩游戏后切的太快会卡动作，max得一直举着图片文件，像是体罚

I don't ever write reviews for a game but this one is just different. The puzzles are hard, the story is good, the ambiance is spooky, and there is enough game play for 10+ hours. Truly a great game, The Sweaters need to be a real band making real music too.

what a game well thought out puzzles that take time and actual thinking to figure out, could maybe use some more in game hints as some are pretty tough, all very solveable and quite fun to figure out. aesthetic is incredible, everything feels like it belongs, and the creepy / light horror vibes are perfect. the story is good, had me trying to figure it out from the start, didnt get there till the end, a very well written mystery. music and sound design are top notch, agree with others that there needs to be a way to buy the soundtrack. didnt run into any bugs, pretty sure all the major ones were patched out while i was playing. overall really enjoyed desktop explorer, dont really have any criticisms, highly recommend.

This is the best "desktop simulator" since HypnoSpace Outlaw. Just play it.

A wonderful retro themed puzzle game

Absolute brain befuddling banger, don't go into this expecting something along the lines of Hypnospace Outlaw because it very much stands on its own and it's better for it. Definitely agree with other people that this game's puzzles have a STIFF difficulty curve at times and you'll want to legitimately take notes in a few cases but the story and themes beneath all the tough challenges is written and presented beautifully, genuinely one of the best in the already sort of niche puzzle/mystery genre.

loved this!!! officially my new favourite game :) super immersive + engaging story. felt like i was actually on an old PC solving a mystery about my family. Perfectly mixes horror with fun and tenderness. Almost teared up at certain points (in a good way). highly recommend.
