Reviews
-Depth is a tense, asymmetrical multiplayer shooter by Digital Confectioners, pitting heavily armed human divers against terrifying player-controlled sharks in dark, underwater environments. It successfully combines fast-paced PvP action with genuine survival-horror atmosphere, although its shallow long-term content and balancing issues hold it back. -Playing as a human is a claustrophobic, survival-horror experience where you rely on teamwork, sonar, and heavy weaponry to escort a submersible and collect treasure. Playing as a shark is a fast-paced power trip, using stealth and the element of surprise to pick off stragglers. -The audio is brilliant. An intensifying heartbeat cue warns you when a shark is creeping up on your position, creating genuine panic and paranoia. -Both sides can upgrade during a match. Divers buy better weapons and tools (like net guns and sonar beacons) using gold they collect, while sharks "evolve" with new abilities and stat buffs through kills.

Well, when I played it on 2017, I would recommend this game. It was fun, exhilarating, and balanced. Most of the time the match was fun and intense. But now, playing as shark is bad and stressful. I get it, divers players are pretty good now. Maybe, all diver players are veteran now, due to the low player counts. Therefore, if you don't have friend to play together as shark, then I would not recommend to play this. Unless you are really good playing as shark. Shark is not beginner friendly. And the status right now, somehow always allow divers to hunt the sharks instead. Which deletes the purpose of shark being scary in the dark deep ocean. It is safe to play as divers though. They're actually fun and not stressful.
i miss this game. only reason i got a pc back then
老游戏了,但还是很好玩。之前是小时候看up主玩的,也算圆梦了。就是玩的人比较少,匹配的时间比较长,希望多点人玩吧。但是之前官方缩小服务区之后其匹配速度算快的了。
Best game ever for its time, nothing quite captures this genre like depth does. Fun with friends and deserves a remaster
This game is fun, though it will take some getting used to. its work it if on sale, devs arent around so buying full price isnt the best idea. ultimately get shorking it, we need more people.
