Some people have 8h and are done with the game -- i have 13 and am barely on the 3rd chapter. Enjoy the game a bit you rushers! At least 3-5 attempts per boss to get it all on gold medal -- can't let it go imo. As for the game -- yo Tony Hawk on rails? Count me tf in. You have plenty of abilities and as the game goes on you learn more and more -- keeps it fresh and engaging. The game is great to generate that flow state in you, so you can enjoy the music and visuals and just trick to your heart's extent. Best part for me is the music. So far most of the songs in the levels are on my playlist, mix of japanese style hiphop/rnb/electro beats is just something i love so might not be for you, but i think it sells the summer vibes pretty well -- that summer when you learned skateboarding and you wondered if you ever make a career of it. If you're still thinking about it -- it's just 10 Euro for a long and complete game with almost no bugs, great soundtrack that stands on it's own, flow inducing fun and amazing artstyle. Just go for it man.
A whirling wind of fresh air in the gaming industry.
JSRF, BRCF, THPS, & Sonic, these were the ingredients chosen to create the perfect arcade rush but, The Undercoders accidentally added an extra ingredient to the concoction, 電車 Densha. Thus the Denshaattack! was born. Don't let the rails fool you, you'll have more control then you'll know what to do with. You'll need speed, control, awareness, and style to master these levels.
Denshattack has commonly been described as "Tony Hawk” with trains but I dont think that does this game justice. The art style definitely is Jet Set Radio but the gameplay is faster and dont get me started when you build enough meter for the rainbow tracks where the gameplay and visuals are 100% bonkers. Most levels are linear with achievements and scores like a Tony Hawk level (i.e. the linear ones like in Downhill Jam or the Mall level in Tony Hawk 1) but also ranks based on time, when you crash you go back to a checkpoint and only lose your current combo and the clock keeps ticking. The achievements are usually collecting items in the level, doing tricks in certain parts of the track and also finishing a track without crashing once. You will need to do all of them to get the gold medal for the level. There are also levels that are races, open ended mission based and boss fights. The boss fights are crazy good and personally the highlight of the game. The boss designs are so incredible and make good use of the mechanics. The first boss fight I could only describe as “train Voltron Barbie”, something you would expect Suda51 to come up with. The races Im not sure add that much given you are already racing against the clock to get the gold medals, the mission levels are open ended areas but learning the layout is an extra step if you want to get all 3 missions done in a decent amount of time and too easy to get lost at the start but once you get it, they are alot of fun too. Total recommend, I haven't had this much fun playing a game since Hi-Fi Rush and will likely be a top 10 all time game for me.
trop bien
this game is f awesome
It has that zany, early PS1 game vibe, which is a huge plus. Been having a blast with it so far. Very easy to pick up and play, a lot harder to master. Will definitely finish it and probably get all trophies (only on World 3!).
Muy bueno! Divertido y un no parar
