My personal game of the year. If you're looking for a GAME that got that old early 2000s RANK, that SMELLY smell that SMELLS, this is the one. The music, the color, the art, and the level design zaps you right back into the old vibes of games like Viewtiful Joe in 2003. It's stylized and ages like fine wine. A hidden gem. 10/10. 1000% recommend.
Denshattakc is a heart attack. So fun, colourful and incredible fun. The music as you DRIFT WITH A TRAIN!!! really gets you pumped up. While it is not incredible hard to get through a level, to master it and get high points really requires 120% concentration. So you can replay levels quite a bit. I would think my 16 hours is quite standard to get through it. Since if you have a harder time, you can just not replay as much to get a higher score. I would recommend this for poeple who like rythm games as it is a little bit like it in the fast paced, blink it and you'll miss it button input and the satisfaction of going through a level without missing a beat or getting a really high score. The story is quite fun and the main character is just charming in their headstrong but friendly attiude. While the different trains with different modifiers never really drew me in, I can see some potential in picking the right train that matches a specific course to really get the highest of scores.

A impactful story, that even osn the most difficult times, you always need a helping hand, there are stuf no one can do alone! I loved all the characters, especially the main cast, its been a while since i took time to remember the main character name, Emi is such a good protagonist... I recommend this game a LOT! PLEASE PLAY IT!
9.7/10 扣分点是终章剧情,除去这部分,本作剩下的内容或都挺适合出现在未来X年后的游戏设计范式上.

The start of this game was alright, but I wasn't hooked until the volcano level. Speeding out of a lava eruption and dodging fireballs made me realize Denshattack was special. It takes a while to reach this point, though. The volcano doesn't show up until the end of the second level, a full 15 minutes into the game. Fortunately, it picks up quickly after that.
This game is what truly defines having fun. Not a single time was i able to just watch, every aspect of the game directs you towards tricking like crazy all the time while trying to keep up the combo chain. Progression is really on point: those final levels were rough to get the gold medals. Platinum medals came a bit after I started playing, but still managed to get a few and I can guarantee you, those are a hard challenge. Still, learning a level and achieving a full combo chain through it is a unique feeling of greatness and will surely make you smile (although failing just before the end is nerve-wracking for sure :P)
