Den-Den: Tokyo Horror is a J-horror RPG where every choice carries the weight of human lives.
Japan’s birthrate has collapsed. The elderly now outnumber the young three to one, and Tokyo is dying. A brutal geopolitical blockade has cut off food, medicine, and power. Society is unraveling and violent crime is on the rise.
You play as a caregiver whose job is to keep the neglected elders alive for one night. The only problem: there aren't enough supplies for everyone.
How many of them will still be alive when the sun rises?

- Fight or flee using improvised weapons such as kitchen knives, tasers, black-market pistols, and much more.
- Your actions have permanent consequences. Every character in the game can die because of you.
