Game is an absolutely amazing party game. Literally the most fun I've ever had with any game in a live setting. Met a couple of the developers at PAX, great bunch of guys. Already seen a few issues fixed in this game, just wish it had multiplayer!

DeltaBlade 2700 is a free 2D retro pixel PvP only arena platform brawler. Gameplay consists of 2-4 players with retro pixel samurai avatars in a mild ripoff of Super Smash Bros but nowhere near as good. They chose to use obsolete retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. Resolution and controls are locked. These flaws push this game far below minimum acceptable standards for PC. As a multiplayer only game, this is unplayable, as there are no players. The terrible phoned in quality 2D retro pixel "art" copout and other issues made this too undesirable for people to want to play, and without players, there's no game. Developers must learn that like retro pixel "art" is not an acceptable substitute for doing their jobs and arranging contemporay PC graphics, other players are not an acceptable substitute for developers doing their jobs and doing the level/story/progression design aspect of adding content to a game. The game is completely free. Nothing speaks more to a developers belief in themselves and their product than making their game available for everyone without remuneration. This is certainly a gesture that shows dedication to the gaming industry. It's a shame in this case that the implementation is below the minimum standards a dedicated PC game should offer to enthusiasts. There's no "maybe" option in Steam, unfortunately, but I hope to see more work from this developer, perhaps as part of a professional game development company that can make full use of their talents without needing to make the budget/quality compromises that have let this game down.
A very pleasant and fun game. That can sadly only be enjoyed with local (or steam remote play) friends. Maybe multiple updates would help the game get a bigger recognition. However nothing is bad in this. Only one bug that is not that bad. But really loads of content would made this game skyrockets even if it means paying for said content.
Really tactile and simple to start playing. Recommend this game for any parties with friends.
Awesome Game!
Great game! Some generic controllers and joycons are a bit hard to use, but still love it!
