About
Our deep-level mining operations have gone dark. Deep Rock Galactic needs them back online at any cost. We’re sending in a crack squad of Reclaimers to breach and secure the mines, and kill whatever’s down there.
Your survival is not necessary for the success of this mission.
Step into the boots of the Reclaimers, Deep Rock Galactic’s elite corporate security force. In fast-paced 1-4 player co-op gameplay, you’ll fight through alien-infested mines as five playable classes:
GUARDIAN: The walking shield. An expert in area denial and close protection. Damages enemies with concussive blasts, and restores the team’s armor.
FALCONER: The aerial attacker. Deploys an airborne assault drone to electrify enemies. In an emergency, can even revive teammates from afar.
RETCON: The hologram berserker. Can warp back to a previous point in spacetime, restoring health and ammo to recover from dangerous situations. Lethal in all time zones.
SPOTTER: The marksman. Highlights and weakens targets with toxin darts, spots enemies through walls, and can deploy ammo crates for use in extended firefights.
SLICER: The melee expert. Carries an energy blade capable of dismembering all but the toughest opponents. Mobile, agile, aggressive.
No two runs are the same. The roguelike format means you’ll scavenge your weapons and equipment from within the mines, and collect resources to upgrade your gear and abilities. Choose from a deep pool of upgrades for your weapons and abilities, discovering lethal synergies and snowballing in power as you fight your way down to the Rift Gate.
Linger too long, and the Reaperworms will hear you. Explore each level of the mine for upgrades, equipment and resources — but remember that each stop costs precious time. Stick with your team, move quickly, and push forward at all costs.
Nobody said this would be easy. But death is only a setback. Dive, dig, die, and dive again.
Procedurally-generated caves mean every single mission gives a unique challenge of traversal and exploration. Featuring 100% destructible terrain, you can dig, carve and explode the caves around you to level the playing field. Fight your way deeper through natural caverns and enormous industrial structures.
These mines are infested with Corespawn: the most aggressive, resilient and intelligent alien life we’ve ever encountered on Hoxxes IV. 20+ different enemy types and 3 different bosses are lying in wait. Use whatever means necessary to eliminate them.
Between missions, you’ll find yourself aboard the RV-09 Ramrod. Here, you and your squad can access rich metaprogression and extensive character customization to bring into your next deployment. Lift weights, braid your beard, hit the dance floor, and have a beer with your team.

bugs are yucky
Solid honestly. Not at all like DRG though, temper your expectations. It's simply a 3D FPS roguelike that emphasizes aim, movement, and synergies. Some perks are buggy/inconsistent and it is a bit pricy for what it is, but the gameplay's good. I'm enjoying this. It's on the right track.

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Big Deep Rock fan but this game isn't my cup of tea for a few personal reasons. I don't like how long the missions can be, or maybe they just feel long, and the time crunch makes me feel uneasy which I don't like. Although I'm still giving it a thumbs up cause even if I don't like it, I still think it's a pretty solid and unique rogue like. You'll probably enjoy it if you like this genre, it's jank asf cause it's in EA but it has potential.
Solo - yes With randoms after few games - no Soloed everything and did every non-coop related achievement and it was fun. The timer at first feels rough, but when you gitgud with your class and get familiar with the events it gets way easier. Also there are multiple timer lobby settings and I really recommend to pick easiest one first and the last one for speedrun level up starts. Every enemy feels fine except for the range-stalker. The dude has some tiny weakspot hit boxes, range spams you AND runs away when you gets closer. What's wrong? Well, if you rng high spread weapon you are screwed. The first time I saw worms (they spawned after some hitting timer limits) was... with randoms literally first game. Solo pros: - You are in a full control of the game flow. What event and when, which upgrade to pick and where to fight; - Bosc.. COOPER! Gives you a nice support and can even solo most gauntlet mobs. Also can mine and carry stuff for you, also rekts leeches AND revives you 3 times per floor. Solo cons: - Everything is after you. In coop when people have at least some okay upgrades the game feels way easier especially during boss fights when every 0.0001 second there is an enemy after you so you kinda have to always run/dodge and also fight the boss. On other hand if you have some mob kill related upgrades (like red sugar on kill or stoneskin) this one is a pros too. Co-op with randoms pros: - Memes and fun, way more rng; - You can finally resupply in peace and there won't be 9999 creepers behind you thanks to multiple players agro. Co-op with randoms cons: - People taking stuff you want (yes, there are some upgrade picks SHARED between players) all the time even when you mark as desired one; - Sometimes it takes AGES for people to finally pick something they want while in solo it takes around 10 seconds for me to get 5+ upgrades; - Joining an ongoing mission gets you some really rng terrible weapons. Seeing how people are running around with OP stuff while you got another TrashPistol9000 gets old pretty quick; - Too few lobbies. Nuff said. Most of the lobbies I see are with 150+ ping thanks to low online. I it kinda weird to me that in my understanding DRG fan base is mostly some chill dudes trying to mine everything and now we got some time paced mode here. Rogue core randoms were fine and super team work players tho. I really WISH we had a separate hotkey to be able to set upgrades you want with the possibility to esc-pause to run away AND separate for every player. You join some game and it checks there were already 2 weapons and 4 upgrades and you get the numbers on your HUD, you press the button and get desired upgrades. Pressing mule button will simply add upgrades count to player's local queue. This will easily resolve upgrades stealing and time issues for me.
ahuenno
I like it more than DRG. Getting a build going feels great in the same way risk of rain does. Lots of fun to use weapons and abilities. Levels are too short at first but as you gain access to higher complexity caves it hits a sweet spot. Only gripe is that you have to commit a lot of time to see a single run through.
