I love dying on the way to Canada

This game is superfun, especially with friends. There is a lot of random stuff happening in events and a lot of jokes that will make you laugh. Also the game was finished a lot of years ago, but from time the developer adds more content for free. There is a huge patch with new modes already that forces you to revisit the game. I recommend this game 100% even at full price, we should support developers that treat their product and fanbase with love and return the favor. Especially nowadays that the norm is releasing games in early access and barely finish the bones of the game and half the promised content and move on to the next project to maximize profit.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

COOL IT!!!
DIE and try again... its awesome..
It's a fantastic game, I can't believe they are still giving it updates, all these years later =) Deeply action packed, high in strategy, high in comedy, great for multiplayer with local friends, and tons of interesting game modes. A++
As a Canadian, I can say that there is penguins everywhere
Whenever I open the game & the intro music greets, I can't help but break into a smile & start vibing. No matter how long a break I take from this game, that intro always gets me into the spirit of COOL IT'ing on the death road to Canada. I adore the atmosphere this game encompasses & the charm it portrays in the interactions with stuff happening in the game. And oh boy what stuff that is. Bandits, zombie assaults, Rembo, dogs with guns, upgrades to toilet loot, permanent friendship with a faerie, using a BIG OL' log as a weapon, the religion of getting swole... and this is the more usual stuff. So I highly recommend getting in & seeing for yourself, how the nintendo switch game cover fits it's contents.
one of the better couch coop games I've played
This is really an incredible game. The different types of gameplay present--the action survival sections, the resource management, the simple make-your-choice events--all connect and flow together really well. With lots of ways to customize your team and the different game modes, it's a very replayable experience. One might argue a drawback to make-your-choice events is that if you play enough you will start getting the same events over and over, but I don't really consider that a con because A) there are tons of events, so it'll take a /while/ to stop getting new ones, B) it takes some time to get a feel for what each of the options for just one event does, C) it's not like there's always a definite 'best answer', so it involves strategy, not just memory, and D) I still find it fun to learn the events and their outcomes to better suit my runs! Plus, many of the events are /so/ full of character and fun to read. This game really comes off as a labor of love. Also, I find the difficulty curve perfect! It's definitely hard at first; I am not the most proficient gamer, and I play with keyboard because I do not own a controller. When I first started this game, I couldn't win a single basic run. It took me multiple tries just to get to the final big siege before Canada. But then I made it, not solely because of RNG but because I was just getting better at the game with each run. Now I find the basic a little too easy for me, and so I moved up into the more difficult game modes when I want a real challenge. It's a game that is well-built to let proficiency come with practice. (ps: if you're scared of losing runs you invested a lot into, it is technically possible to just quit out of the game in the middle of a siege or event to give it another try. There's no shame in playing a game how you most enjoy it! Devs, please don't fix this) And finally, one thing that truly cannot be understated: this game is STILL getting hefty updates from time to time! It's not like it's every week or anything, but it's so fun to come back and see new content that is really not necessary (the game is already chock full) but SUPER appreciated. All in all, if you like this genre of game, get DR2C. It's well worth it.
