Dead Rising returns with modern graphics in this Deluxe Remaster!
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Sep 8 → 2.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

this game still slaps
Frank isn't as cool but otherwise really good remake of a really good game
8/10 game only problem is the voice acting, just worse overall than the original
DISCLAIMER: Even when settings are optimal, the game has the tendancy to lag in certain parts of he mall (Entrance & Wonderland). Copium, but I hope Capcom optimizes these sections to be buttery smooth like the rest of the game
Edit: Ok so, after sinking so much time into this remaster I can safely say that this is on par if not better than the og (if you download mods). The new additions are a lot of fun, the difficulty is just right (hardcore mod), the new face captures elevate the og voices (another mod) so much more. I love how they fleshed out every area, character, and l mechanics to iron out the unfun jank of the og. This is a remaster by devs that clearly care about players of the og; simplifying controls so there are no missed inputs while keeping the og control scheme for those who need it, moving while aiming YOU CAN SKIP OTIS CALLS AND DIALOGUE. That last change alone makes this version better in my eyes, and no, I don't care about the Erotica removal or Larry's visual change, anyone mad at those did not understand the og at all. The Cliff changes are truly dumb though, it does lessen the initial distain we're supposed to feel for him. Some will say its not fair to give this game a good review because I heavily modded it, but lets be real, this is the PC version of DRDR. It is a fun game where almost every flaw can be removed thanks to hard working fans.
Remaster is a visually update that successfully modernizes the classic zombie sandbox with much needed quality of life improvements, making it far less frustrating than the original. The shift to the RE Engine looks fantastic, and modern conveniences like smarter survivor AI, moving while aiming, and auto saves are huge wins; however, some unnecessary tweaks to the game's tone and content feel out of place and slightly sanitize the original's charm. It ultimately succeeds at what it sets out to be, but due to those mixed changes, it is a game best enjoyed when picked up on sale rather than at full price.
Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster revives the classic zombie-slaying chaos with updated visuals and smoother performance. The game delivers frantic, over-the-top combat, ridiculous improvised weapons, and hordes of undead that keep every encounter tense and hilarious. Its story is full of dark humor and memorable characters, while the open mall setting encourages exploration, creative mayhem, and endless replayability. Whether you’re chasing achievements, experimenting with outrageous combos, or just trying to survive the apocalypse, this remaster captures everything that made the original unforgettable and even more fun to dive into.
Wow what an experience to replay one of my all time favourite games remastered in the RE engine. They have added auto save which makes the game way more forgiving especially for people who pick up and play for the first time. Some new books and features added into the game which was nice. Dont like the fact they made frank look 30 years older than the orginial game and they changed the voice actor. Overall 10/10
Great visual upgrade with some nice QoL changes, especially time skipping, which is huge for replayability. Still super fun and easily the best way to get that unique Dead Rising fix every now and then.
