Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Sep 8 → 2.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

The Dead Rising 4 Deluxe Remaster doesn’t change much from the original, but it does clean up the visuals and includes all the DLC. If you missed the original release, this version is a decent upgrade—better graphics, smoother performance, and all the extra content like the "Super Ultra Dead Rising 4 Mini Golf" and "Stocking Stuffer Holiday Pack." However, the core gameplay still feels the same—still a bit repetitive and not quite as intense as older games in the series. Frank’s still cracking jokes, but it doesn’t have the same charm as when the first Dead Rising came out. Bottom line: If you’re a fan of the series or missed out before, the remaster is a solid way to experience it, but it doesn’t fix the issues the original had.
Buying this game over a year after release on sale, I was trying to relive those Dead Rising 2006 memories I had as a kid but in a modern way, as well as to show my support for Capcom's new wave of investment into the DR franchise, and at first I was a happy camper. The graphics are revamped, survivors don't get stuck on every damn wall or zombie, in-world conversations are fully voiced now instead of just text boxes, as well as a handful of other quality of life features, so good deal right? Unfortunately as I continued playing I began to take issue with the voice casting in this game, which I really was trying to give a fair chance and not be blinded by my nostalgia, but... man, Frank just isn't the same, I ended up installing a mod once I beat the game that switched out the new cast for the old one, key voicelines from frank arent only replaced but TAKEN OUT. (or just so hard to come across they dont even seem there.) His ICONIC FAN-TASTIC isn't there when you take pictures anymore, he doesn't randomly go "Yeah" or "Phew" anymore, it seems small but those were huge for Frank's original charm for me, his new voice is also a bit whiny, it just doesn't hold a candle to the original. Other new voices that really bug me like Kent's, oh man Kent... They gutted him, he sounds like a flamboyant little wimp now, dont even get me started on his kick grunt, he sounds like he's trying to be girly. Its so dumb. The new Special Forces death screams are embarassing, The rest are fine enough, but Brad's also is noticably worse. Otis sounds like he's trying to narrate some kids show which is also dumb. And even though Frank got a new VA, they didn't bother adding ANY new gameplay lines, you'll have to listen to the same minute of quotes, 1:1 copied from the original, only 2 quotes for calling out to survivors "Hello?" "Anyone there?" Was it really to hard too add some more variety for this over 10 hour game?? The gameplay is generally smoother, like I said survivors AI was mostly fixed, they're decently easier to save now, they get grabbed by zombies a lot less, so I'm for that, but you will soon find just how much easier they've made EVERYTHING, Bosses deal little to now damage now, I don't think I died once, closest I got was by getting stunlocked by special forces (fresh level 0 run), and leveling up is REDICULOUSLY EASY, you would have to make an effort to not get to lvl 50 on first run, it honestly feels like the normal mode of the game was made for casual players or something (It scares me to even think about what the ACTUAL Casual mode holds...), and no, they didn't bother including a challenge or hard mode for the game. It definitely would have been nice. But on the topic of difficulty they strangely enough added new artificial difficulties for the bosses and certain weapons, Bosses have i-frames and defense-frames where better/stronger players are stopped from quick kills, I was finding myself strategically spacing my attacks out to get full damage, artificially panning out battles in the most annoying boring way. Terrible design, MAKE BETTER BOSSES, DON'T MAKE ME WORSE THAT ISNT FUN. And of course, the blue chainsaw was nerfed, again, making things we liked to use weak, instead of yknow, making other great weapons... The most offensive nerf of which is the Mega Buster nerf. Yeah the Mega Buster, you remember that right? The unlockable weapon you get after doing most other things? The one where you have to spendAN ENTIRE RUN GRINDING 50K KILLS IN THE SEWER TO GET? IT WAS NERFED, its fire rate and damage seems severely messed up, you would think you're using a broken controller trying to shoot it, it feels INCREDIBLY unsatisfying, but wait... in this game you can charge the gun! That's fun right? NO. BECAUSE THE IDIOT THAT CODED THIS WEAPON MAKES ITS OUTER HITBOX COLLIDE WITH RIDGES ON THE FLOOR, SO IT OFTEN JUST GETS STUCK ON NOTHING SO YOU KIND OF HAVE TO USE IT LIKE A MELEE, Its completely ASININE what they did to the megabuster, for me its not even worth using anymore. And I used to LOVE that weapon... Infinity Mode was made a lot more fair and respectful of your time, which is /nice/... but at the same time they made it a bit too easy, pretty grindy (you can grind healing items off of zombies and other enemies), and counterintuitively less fun to play, the survivor psychopath spawns are completely different from the original, and seem generally less frequent, and after enough days cultists and special forces start flooding the map and make you feel pressured to hide holed up in one location for as long as possible to avoid losing health. Its really not fun... The game's also fairly glitchy, having played it only recently I ran into 2 game breaking glitches doing the main story, one where I went to the bathroom and had a total crash, and another where I was fighting Sean and he ended up under the map where I couldn't kill him. I was not expecting a remake of a game to have MORE glitches than the original. That was sad. As for atmosphere, its good, I don't understand the complaints, this is one of the best parts of the game, there was no way you were going to bring the strange dated aesthetic of a 2006 game 1:1 to a 2024 game, but this part is good, though I was hoping for some new non-dlc mall music, I felt like that part was a given, but its just the same 6 recycled (albeit great) songs for your entire run. I found the new infinite mode night music kinda cool though. As much as I wanted to be positive and not be a nostalgia-blind hater, Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is disappointing, it had so much potential, but as it is in this state, I'd only reccomend it if you're on a new console, or are trying to get someone who can't stand the clunk and look of dated games and needs something accessable and new-feeling. P.S. What is even Deluxe about this remaster? It's almost 1:1 to the original.
I'm literally at the start of the game and the audio is bugged. Many audio and graphic stutters in every cutscenes and then my game went in slow motion before crashing. And this is before the zombies even entered the mall....so far the programming of this seems awful, especially when you compare it with the original and when it was created. How do older games run way smoother then their remaster with nowaday's technology i have no idea...it is sad really. Update : i tried lowering the shadows and graphisms from medium to low as suggested online but now the audio is not synced with the characters lips movments...don't know what to tell you. This is Dead Rising and i struggle to run it about as much as Detroit Become Human and those are 2 completely different games in therms of Engine and budget.
非常有意思的游戏!
6.5/10 I've covered wars, you know. Fun game but it's really really repetitive and quite annoying at times. Cool characters and story but stiff gameplay and all that. I would compare this to Yakuza Dead Souls, but with more of a sandbox and a less-fun story, so about the same overall. I recommend it for some good zombie killing fun at a cheap price.
