Dead End Job sends you into a madcap, Ren & Stimpy-esque world to bust up ghosts. It’s a procedurally generated, couch co-op, twin-stick shooter that straps a vacuum pack to your back and puts a plasma blaster in your hand. For you, it’s just another day in the office.

Biraz yaşı ilerlemiş Gamer'lar iyi bilir "New Ghostbusters 2" isimli bir oyun vardı. (Zamanında severek oynamıştım) İşte aynı tarzda, hayalet avladığımız-eğlenceli bir indie aksiyon oyunu. İndirimde göz atmanızı tavsiye ederim.

Brilliant comic top down shooter doesn`t take itself too seriously great fun !!
Definitely worth the $0.84 at 95% off of $17 I paid for it. Pros - It's engaging. - It's challenging and fun to master how to go about clearing rooms. - Vibrant cartoon-like art style that reminds me of Ren & Stimpy. - Replay-ability... Many hours of gameplay. - Sound design is nice. (excluding the music, see below) - Collectathon elements are strong and really keep me going. - A wide variety of enemy types and you can give them all nicknames. (I used Ghostbuster characters!) - Backtracking is actually good and allows you to clear levels neatly without confusion of where to go. - Smooth gameplay and even positive/negative effects on movement are well executed. - Level design gets pretty nice as you progress further into the game. Neutrals - Writing is pretty decent but I just felt it's not great or bad so I'm neutral on it. - The gun overheats constantly. I'm neutral on this because you can use the skill to lower the overheating and it's only annoying when vacuuming up every single piece of debris in the room(which I choose to do just because). - Items definitely need more concrete effects and description of those effects. Only reason this is neutral is because it's not a con for me. - Destructible environments could use more refinement, especially when vacuuming debris. - You can only carry 2 items at a time. So when there's multiple objects to collect for your handbook you can't pick them up and have to collect them in future levels but I found a remedy for this. Simply take damage and use one of the health items so you can pickup whatever is on the ground. Some sort of drop/swipe would work wonders for this though. Cons - How money is saved/spent is only used on new maps. I found this as a limitation on so much else it could be. - The soundtrack sounds like one track on loop. Will definitely update this review over time and right now it's from playing just 90 minutes of the game.
Its just not very good, the premise is there and the core idea is fun enough. But its just so clunky. The level layout is intrusive, the info about you pickups is non-existent. The movement has delay. What little fun could be had is just ruined by the problems this game has. That combined with no support for ultrawide monitors just makes it an less than enjoyable experience.
I'm sorry to say that this game is a real downer. The graphics and sounds are great but the fact that objects after being destroyed don't disappear means that, under almost every circumstance, you will lose health by simply being boxed into the wrong spot and either bumped into or shot by one of the ghosts. This makes it more like a Darksouls experience where you WILL die again, and again, and again. I'd say don't buy this game unless it's on sale and you enjoy a really challenging game.
I FORGOT TO POST A REVIEW ON THIS???? Pretty goddarn good game. I played it non-stop during a few days where I had been burnt out creatively, and I gotta say it was a lot of fun that's all cya
