From the screenshots, this looked like a great game. Oh, how wrong I was. You spawn in a safe house with zero instructions on what to do. Weapons sit on a shelf, but picking them up reveals they contain no ammo. Venturing outside, you're met with the most mediocre zombies I've ever seen—super buggy and all playing the exact same sound effect. Desperate to find ammunition, I attempted to loot buildings, only to discover pistol magazines that simply can't be picked up. The environment is a collision nightmare: I constantly got stuck on stairs and invisible barriers. Some buildings I entered were literally just four walls and a roof with nothing inside—no floor, no interior, just empty space. The final insult? The Advanced, Audio, and Controls options are completely greyed out and inaccessible. For a £21 game, this is absolutely unacceptable!
Seriously what is this game all about? There are not any instruction to do anything and i just roam around with guns with no ammo, i could'nt find ammo anywhere in the game. The game is not optimized at all as im getting 27-30 fps on medium settings though i have a good rig to run. its very poor and i dont want to play games like this.
Dont buy this game! Its not even a Alpha version of a game. # My honest feeling: Well seem like someone discovert a game maker and tryed to do his best. But honestly if you ever played ANY game in the genre you sold your game you wont find any worse. Even basic setting like Window Mode are not working. Or try to disable the bad audio. No chance. Just another Scam with nice videos of stuff you dont get. No controller support sure what steam offers... No chance to look up keys for lets say inventory?!? So you can pick up stuff but not take a look in your inventory. Most common letters like "i" for inventory or "TAB" also no chance to even start. And like in any of these gamemaker BS Games your vitals decrease very fast so that even if you would have a playable game you wont play it long enough to see something. # conclusion Steam as the distributor takes no resposibility in testing any game before they are released. Here you get the worst of the bad games. Stolen Idea from bad rinsing even the name is stolen. Maybe some Loyers will sue you for that. I hope it! Its just bad carma for taking that kind of money for a game in that quality. Steam should consider taking that game out of the shop. Its just another game that could be made by KI in no time. And than you STEAM for not checking on any game and only taking the money from such Scam projects!!! Sorry that is bad carma for Steam too for not doing their job as a distributor.
Dead 2 Rise is pretty good, not gonna lie. The graphics are solid and the map looks really detailed. You can tell the devs actually cared about the world. The weapons feel nice too — good sound and impact. Zombies are creepy as hell and the lighting makes the whole thing feel tense, especially at night. Runs smooth for me so far. Overall, solid game. Great visuals, good map, and fun combat. Definitely worth checking out.
