Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I achualy have played this before just on a diffrent acount, always a nice time. I do wish it paused when you opened the pause menu though
Creative game with retro graphics
Nearly 20 years after release, Darwinia is as good as it was. It's a classic masterpiece which still looks good today because of how wall it was made. 60mb download, full 3d, 60fps no sweat, so many tron and linux references. The game was too good for it's time, sadly came before glory days of steam and never got enough attention. I suggest to disable pixels, and check out gestures as well - it's probably only game you can experience them and be ok with it.

Good fun based on an amalgamation of old 80's games along with a basic plot line thrown in to give a cohesive twist. The 'sentient' Darwinians have a way of making the player care about their fate despite the very basic (in fact almost Sinclair basic) graphics. Loads of fum. Loads of game play. Good for whenever you have 10 minutes to spare, but you'll probably suddenly find you've been playing for hours.
The game is amazing.
One of a kind. Classic,
This was the first game that I ever had on my steam account 19 years ago. No clue where it came from and I think I have beaten the first level like a whole 1 time since then.
Short playtime to finish, but so much fun, love this game
i like the game
Yes........ but unless you have 24 hours where you can't eat, drink, or go to the bathroom, you will make no progress and everything will just comeback and spawn worse. This makes the game impossible to beat.
