About
Compete in the Galactic Cup championship and unlock elite ranks. Test your skills across four distinct race types: chase the ultimate victory in Laps, beat the clock in Time Trial, outlast the countdown in Elimination, or push your reflexes in the hyper-fast Speed Up mode.
This isn't traditional racing. The track is just as dangerous as your rivals. Race through extreme environments with loops, wall-rides, and huge vertical drops. Master high-speed drifting, because one mistake means total destruction.
Your dart is your weapon. Visit the garage to upgrade and customize your machine. Improve your Top Speed, Acceleration, Boost, and Handling to match upcoming tracks. Then, choose your hull design and paint job to stand out in the dark of space.
Dodge obstacles and race on the edge of control. Play on a standard monitor for arcade precision, or choose VR mode for ultimate immersion, where you physically grab virtual levers to control engine thrust. Use the Boost for explosive speed, but watch your gauge so you don't run out of power.
Ready to take on the galaxy? Grab Dart Racer and defy gravity!

YES IT IS Good! I have low time in the game, but I saw some weird negative reviews. The vehicle handling is amazing and achieves the feel it was going for in the game description. If you want a wipeout feel there are other games to play. I am not sure why anyone would play a game like this and think you should not be punished for making mistakes. The race lines are super tight, with little margin for error. I am running a lvl 2 Junker at the time of writing this, and can see that lvl 3 is a big spike in difficulty. There is enough depth to this game for the buy. I have not played VR yet to rate that aspect.
Whole lot of fun, definitely recommend!
I was testing the game on a small conference, althought its not my type of game, this one catched my eye and got me interested. It is really good for a fair price
Enjoying so far, but needs more tracks. Pros: Propper Pod Racer. Stylized art works well. Music is top-notch. Maps feel like roller coasters. Cons: Steering is a bit aggressive on the keyboard. Some of the times in the time trial seem impossible. Don't really like how the collision feels.
played a bit on my laptop, had lots of fun. can't wait for the weekend to get back home and check it out with VR
i like the game but the ships take up too much of the screen and the game frequently crashes
I'm sooooo bad at racing games but this is really fun! Playing on a Pico 4 through Connect and the performance seems good with a few stutters I think but nothing terrible - I feel like it's not hitting 90fps at times but I threw things onto Epic quality so it's probably my fault! The twist function on controllers is new to me too and takes some getting used to but I'll keep at it. There are push/pull and classic control schemes too but I've not used them yet. UI I couldn't really tell what was happening a lot of the time because the speed was just out of view while focusing on the track as with generally seeing how much I was pushing the throttle. There also wasn't much guidance on where certain elements were such as the dart's health which I only learned of from looking at the screenshots again. But I appreciated the audio warning when I was about to crash for the 50th time so it wasn't too big a problem. I've only played 3 tracks or so but I def plan to play more in time because it scratches the Podracing itch as a Star Wars fangirl. I hope the game develops further with more tracks, vehicles, and maybe higher speeds too - I know I won't be any good at those, but I wanna scream as I slam into barriers at 500m/s in yet another VR game <3
It’s good but has some things that could be better. The racing for the most part is good except for too main issues. The handling is too slippery, especially with that first car. I did get used to it but that first race felt like I was driving on ice. The second thing is hitting something has way too much knock back. The tracks where a mixed bag. The first cup I didn’t like that much, the second was better, but the 3rd cup was fantastic. The 3rd cup played and looked much better than the others and was also weirdly way easier than the other two. One last thing on tracks is that I whish they did more unique stuff on them like the shortcuts and that one track with a dust storm. The visual aesthetics and music are good especially the engine sounds. There were some glitches mostly just getting caught on the side of the track for a second and once I got stuck under the ice track and got caught in a fall loop, but the main thing was it would be laggy for the first 1-2 seconds while starting a race. Overall it’s pretty good, I hope most the tracks in the final game are like the ones in the last cup.
Doesn't do anything egregiously bad, just found it to be pretty boring.
10/10 would recommend again.
