Dude, this is great. It feels great to drive in this. Looking forward to seeing where this goes. Very much worth the 8 bucks it cost me! If you miss F-Zero or Star Wars Racer, this fits the bill really well!

Very nice racer

It's a good game with satisfying driving. But it's disappointing to me that there's no way to re-map the controls. Please allow us to do this in a future update.

Fast-paced, fun, and incredibly satisfying!

Feels great until you hit a wall or an opponent, then feels awful. The game has a very frustrating punishment system where hitting anything will send you sharply in another direction, stealing your control of the car instead of killing your grip or dropping your speed or some other punishment that doesn't take away your ability to respond. Because of the sharp change in direction, hitting a wall will typically force you to hit another wall, which can force you to hit another wall, and so on. It sucks. There's a nugget of gold buried in here, but the game needs a complete overhaul in how it punishes mistakes. I'm a big Time Trial guy when it comes to games like F-Zero GX and Star Wars Racer, and I wouldn't touch this with a 10ft pole with how risky it is to take aggressive lines. The slightest wall scrape is going to cost you like 5-10 seconds, which is just horrible and a testament to how poorly thought out the collision mechanics are. As-is, I'd rather just playing BallisticNG or emulate an older racer with a better risk-reward for driving close to the inside wall.

I had a few performance issues on the cloud and desert tracks, those tracks seemed the most simple looking ones too and weren't very exciting, the other tracks that I tried were better and more fun and more optimized, I did get a refund in the end because of the fps drops I was getting on the said tracks, but I will definitely be keeping an eye on the game and hoping for more interesting tracks to be added, I think it could become a very good game eventually.
