the game did not match my expectatives. I thought it would have the classic experience, where me and a friend would be against a monster, just like the classic game. Instead, we have to choose between 3 modes and the first mode seems to be just like the last mode. Those both you are mortals, have to pick crystals and hit each other. While the middle mode between these two is monster and a mortal, 3 modes doing the same thing. but obvisouly with such low hours count i couldnt properly test the game, but the lacks of elements such as UI and proper modes did not make it interesting, and seeing player count does not satisfy the interest either.
UI is also very lacking, plain and simple. It feels incomplete. The gameplay is complete, but not the main menu UI.
I believe this game has potential to be fun, but it just need proper UI visuals and PVE. I understand the classic game is already PVE, but not multiplayer and neither updated. Character designs are wonderful, the artist on these creation is doing a great job, and seeing the collabs is exciting, but the gameplay otherwise is disappointing because lacks proper features to play casually with a friend and have fun in the same atmosphere.
Each character being a class, like support roles is something i have a lot of interest, so its an interesting feature for sure.
I think having a proper UI and a specially a PVE like the classic game i will reconsider getting this game.
