a lot of the content people enjoy is after the campaign, which is like telling someone to watch a show because its good after the first season. I'm glad they were able to make it through but I just couldn't. The hp pools of enemies are huge, making most battled tedious and boring. Skip it.

Very grindy, very repetitive, but overall it's fun. If you wanna blaze through the campaign, just grab a gunslinger and make a crit build only leveling up precision and ferocity, you literally win or die in the first 15 seconds of any map.

What it does, it does well, which is a turn-based little 'dungeon crawler' with loot and stuff. I'm at the 4h point and nothing has challenged me, each combat is just a [b]tedious[/b] click-click-click fest. I am OK with combat or loot/gear choices that have reduced simplicity, however the game needs to let you move along [i]quickly[/i] and this game doesn't. So much of the overhead is just navigating the interface screens and clicking around. There's no QoL and I'm just going to spitball here, but after playing 4 boring hours: double-click skill auto-attacks last target, tickbox to automatically End Round when out of AP, shortcut key to issue movement to character instead of having to click them, auto-sort inventory button... that's just off the top of my head and pulled out of my rear on the fly in a review. The dev could have put some thought into this. At the time of writing I'm like 4h of playtime, but in my head if I take out all the time wasted with the UI I feel I've played maybe 40 minutes of actual game. I enjoy the stats, skills, abilities, loot, all of it. Its just so DARN SLOW. So I have to say no, don't buy this. I might throw a few more hours in because I paid money and I want to see if something actually happens, but don't let the playtime fool you. There is no reason to have a UI from 1990's in 2020's and it drives me insane to play.

Ожидал пошагового диаблоида с бездумной зарубой монстров, бесконечным лутом и созданием имбы. И в принципе в игре все это есть, просто в моих ожиданиях это было х10 по количеству и качеству((( Мало лута, все механики открыты со старта, прокачка и лут убогий, сюжета/квестов ноль, тактического челленджа нет. Поиграл час - увидел всю игру. Единственное что выделяет проект, это отсутствие явных конкурентов. Все похожие игры будут либо карточными, либо рогаликами, либо сложными где надо разбираться с механиками (типа игр по pathfinder и dnd) Свою цену полагаю стоит, но рекомендовать не могу даже бесплатно, так как игра заброшена, и длс, апдейтов, модов не предвидится

Fun little tactical RPG with Diablo style loot. Lots of Blizzard and Path of Exile inspired abilities and items. You can beat the campaign in a weekend but there is much more to do afterward. Different classes make playing it through again worthwhile. I don't normally care for tactical turn based games but this one I like because you can have your summons controlled by AI and turn the game speed up to 3x. This really streamlines the experience and cuts down on the tedium that other tactical turn based games suffer from. I actually didn't know it was a tactical turn based when I bought it and noped right out the first time I booted it up. It sat on my library for a couple years before I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised at how good it is. There are still some bugs. For example sometimes units will stack and this bugs the game out a little bit. You can't move your character if another unit is on top of you. You have to wait and let it move on its own. There's some other issues with that bug but that's really the only one that stands out and it isn't game breaking. For how cheap the game is it's well worth the money.
