Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Same day: best RU #84, worst CN #96 · 2 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6.43/day in the week to Sep 9 → 8.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A great game if you are already a fan of danganronpa some may not like the ending though I think the class trail game mechanics are the best in the franchise. While the students in this game aren't as good as the one in danganronpa 2, they are still lovable once you interact with them more. if you liked the 2nd to last trail in danganronpa 2 you will love the 2nd to last trail in v3.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This game is a definition of 'i just made some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥' I like the plot up till chapter 5; that's the downfall of it all (also replaying the game makes the fact that it's a tv show extremely obvious and ok the nose). I don't like that whole meta ending, when they know they're fictional and none of the killing games happened. That's so stupid words cannot describe it. The cast is a mix of characters I absolutely love and those I skipped every dialogue of just to not hear their voices (I'll just say that chapter 3 was amazing for me). Shuichi is a great protagonist; he's definitely the most useful one, since he's a detective and he's not relying on the antagonist (which, while mentioned, I truly love Kokichi, but I'm usually a fan of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ type characters). But again; this doesn't make the game good. I hate the sixth trial with my whole being. It could be good, if that whole 'oh so it's actually all fake lmao' thing was dropped. Danganronpa deserved a better conclusion, but I'd say that if someone is a fan they should play it just to experience the horrors
Крутая игра, отличное продолжение к прошлым частям
This one is really hard to recommend. Let's get through real quick. Starting with the obvious, mouse and keyboard controls are completely broken in certain sections for whatever reason, it works with a controller though. Next, looking at mechanics otherwise, this is certainly the most polished of the mainline games and I appreciate that there is an area to practice the minigames. The decision to replace the memory mechanic with the lying mechanic is a bit questionable though. The story however is by far the weakest of the mainline games in every way. It suffers immensely from the Danganronpa typical writing flaws and the logic has left somewhere during chapter two and never came back. This is not to say it is entirely bad though, it does have its moments and I really have to respect how hard they tried to put in things that catch even people familiar with the series off-guard. I don't think many stories had me switch between "this is actually pretty cool" and "please let this finally end" so much, specially during the last chapter. Not going to analyze the ending here though - because spoilers, you know - if you like it or not is a personal opinion, but after seeing it, I get why so many people hate it. TL;DR: Only get this version, if you have a controller and really think twice, if you want to do this to yourself. If you want to, lower your expectations compared to the previous entries. The main appeal are new cases to be solved.

Road to despair is the WORST minigame I have played in YEARS. There is SO much finicy movement and half of the time it is just RNG. I know it ISN'T needed for achievement 100% but for a true 100% and exclusive content IT MUST be done, and since there is NO MACROS. You gtg eat trash for atleasy 100 attemts.
