Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.86/day in the week to Sep 3 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
As much as I want to write a long review for this game, I won't. The disappointment is palpable. I don't know what I was expecting from a sequel to Daemon x Machina but this isn't it. That being said, this game is decent on its own. But I wouldn't get it unless on sale.

As a huge Armored Core fan and someone who genuinely enjoyed the first Daemon X Machina, I went into Titanic Scion expecting to be disappointed. When I heard it was shifting further toward exosuit combat instead of sticking closer to traditional mecha design, I assumed it might lose what made the original special. I was wrong. Titanic Scion fully commits to the fantasy of piloting an advanced exosuit called an Arsenal. You are not driving a bulky machine, you are wearing a high-powered combat frame. That shift gives the gameplay a more personal feel. It captures that anime Iron Man energy where you are the weapon, not just the operator. One major change is scale. The mecha suits are smaller this time, which makes the enemies feel much larger and more imposing. That contrast works surprisingly well. Taking down towering Immortals in a smaller, highly mobile frame enhances the underdog power fantasy in a satisfying way. Customization is still a standout feature. Swapping arms, cores, processors, and weapon systems meaningfully changes how your Arsenal performs. You can tune recoil control, mobility, durability, and combat style to fit your preference. When your build comes together, it feels powerful and deliberate rather than automatic. The new Fusion system replaces the old Body Modifications system and is one of the more interesting additions. You collect genes from defeated Immortals and absorb them in the Fort’s Lab to unlock combat abilities, stat boosts, and passive skills. By combining and activating Immortal Factors, you can significantly enhance mobility and overall power. There is also a narrative tradeoff, as the more you fuse, the more Immortal-like you become in appearance and identity. It adds mechanical depth while reinforcing the story’s themes. The pacing is not nonstop spectacle. There are slower stretches between major encounters where you experiment with builds and prepare. But when the boss battles arrive, they absolutely deliver. Those fights capture the dramatic anime escalation the game is aiming for. I also think the story gets more criticism than it deserves. It leans into anime tropes and makes you feel like an unstoppable protagonist at the center of everything. It is not subtle, but it is confident and entertaining. I found it far more enjoyable than many reviews suggested. A lot of the mixed reception seems tied to expectations and price. It is not identical to the first game, and fans expecting a pure continuation of that style may struggle with the exosuit focus. At full price, it can be harder to recommend. At the current 50 percent Steam sale, however, it becomes a great value. At that price, the customization depth, Fusion system, boss encounters, and overall power fantasy feel well worth it. Even as someone who loves traditional mecha games, I came away pleasantly surprised. If you are open to the shift and want to feel like an anime protagonist suiting up in a customizable Arsenal to take on massive enemies, Titanic Scion delivers, especially at half price.
Armored Core meets Anthem but it does not suck.
I don't know whats up with the reviews but, this game is legitimately good. I hadn't expected to get hooked so quickly. I was initially skeptical because of the ratings and reviews but, I'm glad that id ignored them and just went with my gut. Anyone interested, I urge you to say screw the negative reviews and try it for yourself. You may be pleasantly surprised by the sheer amount of variety and free exploration you'll have with this one. I haven't tried online yet (I personally don't allow that to define my gaming experiences), so take that with a grain of salt
Got on accident from humble. Thank Christ I didn't spend 70 on this. Plays worse than the first game. Opening is so dull that I can say that it belongs as a game in the background of a show on daytime TV. Not a real game
