About

A modern tactical RPG with some of our favorite elements: gridless movement, environmental cover, specialized overwatch, initiative manipulation and more. Independent enemy unit AI opens up a world of creative combat tactics & stealth options; pick them off one by one, stage diversions, or use advanced tech to sneak right by them.
Combat is challenging and in-depth. Powerful abilities, tricked out weapons, and smart coordination can give you an edge, but once you go loud expect things to escalate. Move fast and avoid getting pinned down to accomplish your objectives and get out alive.

The ecosystem has collapsed. Only 112 cities remain, sheltering under massive domes or inside of mountains. Artificial consciousness has been created, killed, and outlawed at a global level. Megacorporations, nanotech and quantum computing have radically altered the world… and your character is one of the few equipped to handle it.

Choose your jobs to build your rep without taking on too much heat. Work your network of underworld contacts to trade favors, pay bribes, and gain advantages before taking on a heist. Plan your path through multi-stage missions, and commit your crew to legwork that could reveal new opportunities or threats.

Balance factions, favors, reputation and more. Rivals, fixers, arms dealers and corporate big shots... who you work for, who you fail or betray, all of it can open and close opportunities for you. Watch your heat, and try to make sure more people owe you than the other way around.

Extensive talent trees, more than 40 multiclass combinations, weapon modding, safehouse upgrades, evolving character traits and more combine to give players endless ways to build a crew that can take on any job. Rich visual customization (hair, outfits, faces, eyes, tattoos, facial hair, accessories, color options for everything, and more) & naming lets you personalize any of your characters.

Your squad members evolve as you play, shaped by your choices, their injuries, interactions, even their presence on some missions. Inspired by years of tabletop RPGs, our custom-built Casting Director story engine uses all this information to choose and place squad members and NPCs into world events and storylines it selects for you on each playthrough. Who will end up a betrayer, a friend in need, or the villain this time? Create new squads, discover new stories, and watch how your choices make it all fit together.

I thoroughly enjoy this game! All those hours were binged over the span of a few weeks because I just couldn't stop devouring my new lucky find. This game is a true hidden gem. It's very noticeably crafted with passion and care by the developers and is part of a rarely executed genre that I personally crave: a tactical RPG with a personally selected and customized squad. I love to create my own characters so they feel like living, breathing people with their own personalities. It's a huge part that helps me with immersion, and it is often skipped in other tactical shooters. The world is crafted with care and a feeling of deep lore behind it. Anyone who digs cyberpunk won't find it lacking, yet at the same time, it has a unique vibe and personality to it—it is its own thing. The game has some issues, but with such a dedicated team of developers, I'm certain they will be eradicated in time. The important thing is—those issues absolutely didn't stop me from enjoying this game because it's already got a soul and a perfect base for future greatness!

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game has positively impacted me for a number of reasons. It is both more accurate to the original Cyberpunk TTRP experience than the Cyberpunk2077 is, focusing on a team of mercenaries instead of an absolute solo powerhouse menace, and I love this aesthetic. In this note, it also fixes one of my gripes with 2077, which is the absolute lack of corpo sponsored jobs. If, in this setting, all the money belong to them, why I am only taking quests from random people from the street? A real mercenary takes contracts from both gangs and corporations. In regard to the game itself, it's beautiful. A lot of what captivated us XCOM2 fans was the more RPGesque feeling of progression, where your characters became not only better, but more: more skills, more passives, more items, more options. And, although this game can lack some variety, it delivers a really diverse toolkit, where you feel each level makes a lot of different for your mercs. Lastly, I am relieved and happy to see the devs care for the game long after it's release. It is always one of the games I see in my library with recent updates. I would, though, not give a really high praise for this, since of the reasons this game needs so many updates is the really unfinished aspects of some of the gameplay loop. This brings me to the things I didn't like, which are, thankfully, not many (although some can be pretty important). For starters, the game has always no Procedural Generation, while also putting a big focus on replayability. This is a major paradox for me. One of the reasons I have played XCOM2 a bajillion times were the randomly generated recruits and maps, which made each walkthrough and level unique and interesting. This game, as of now, has no system of proc gen for neither map or recruits. This can be pretty worrying, since you get a (sometimes) very limited number of characters in a game where there's permadeath. So, they added a new class recently, the Wireghost. There is currently a single Wireghost recruit in the whole game, if you don't already start with one. So, if they so happen to die (happened to me once), bye bye to the class. You just won't see it ever again. That's honestly a baffling design choice, specially since this class has some particularities that don't allow for another character to easily snatch it as a secondary class. And, as I have mentioned, the maps are REALLY repetitive. Some maps are unique to storylines and pretty fun, but sometimes you will play the same map (LITERALLY the same, same covers, same walls, same extractions) in completely different scenarios (Kill 3 captains of a gang, hack a megacorp, etc...) which, on top of feeling repetitive, is also pretty immersion breaking. Like, why do ya'll keep setting your bases on the exact same house? Is there a golden chest buried underneath it? So, the game is still very incomplete, which is the reason the frequent updates are not a bonus, they are a need. Devs said they plan to implement 100 recruits from kickstarter patrons, and we barely have 25 added as of now. Overall, if you can deal with that, this is one of the most fun I've ever had with a turn game. 8/10, will become a 10/10 as they flesh it out a little more.
I have put this game down several times and yet, sooner or later the itch to play it again sets in. The developers are constantly adding in new features and storylines. Lots of depth but the learning curve is surprisingly gentle; don't get me wrong, there is a lot going on in the game but you can take the time to figure it out as you go. Obviously some approaches build power level and get to the good items faster than others but the game really lets you approach it your way. If you like turn based strategy with base building, rpg character building, and lots of cool cyberpunk chrome then give this game a chance.
4 hours in, barely scratched the surface but i already like it. No hand holding, turn based rpg. Feels a bit like the good old Jagged Alliance 2 times. Also kudos to the devs for pumping out new content 😍
I bought this looking for something to fill the void left by the classic Sega Genesis Shadowrun, and it blew my expectations away. Turn-based games aren't usually my thing, but the tactical depth, squad customization, and tension during runs make every mission insanely addicting. It captures that dark, mercenary cyberpunk vibe perfectly while bringing modern strategy mechanics to the table. Highly recommended
This is a great TTBC game that blends Xcom w/ Shadowrun very well. Customization is top notch and while I'm only a few hours in, I can see this game chewing up my gaming time for awhile. Will report back if anything changes my perspective as I get deeper into the game.
Good game, wondering if we can have any access to find and hit the businessman who is our enemy? We can hardly kill any businessman by ourselves even when they hire someone to kill us,although it should be very tough, but I want to have the way to fight back.
