Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Jul 31 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

没有汉化,你让我和我的朋友们怎么玩!!!打折有什么用!!!没人玩你们的游戏!
My zombie virus symptoms were throat pain and anal bleeding. 10/10 would be horrified by the implications of that again!
what's not to love about taking out zombies while working the 5 to 9 after the 9 to 5

FANTASTIC GAME. So much fun. So much room for mistakes. So much room for more memories with friends. Excellent.
I highly enjoy this game because it does remind me of that hospital work life a little (It's not accurate, but I love the effort the devs put in) and it's like your typical job simulator. You start out in a bare ER and as you work and rise up in levels you get better stuff. The only complaint I have about the game is it's not entirely easy to throw away trash bags.
A lot of bugs
Great game. Had a few visual glitches but nothing game breaking. Am enjoying how much equipment and the range of injures there is. Great with friends as well.
I think it's safe to say I'm kinda obsessed with this game. It's fun, distracting while my husbands deployed and keeps me occupied.
I was recruited as a hospital worker by a friend and enjoy it as a multiplayer simulator that allows a variety of play styles. The ability to design the workspace added a personal touch to a typically sterile environment. The gameplay complexity seemed to scale appropriately. I appreciate the updated wardrobe and appearances for patients. i hope the workers might have a little more variety beyond shade of skin. The hospital dynamics and unpredictability makes it quite entertaining for streaming. However, I also really appreciate cozy mode. I have the most hours here at a lower level of chaos, practicing my organization, prioritization, skills (i.e., less wasted blood tests LOL) and recognition of some of the more common symptoms. Also, in cozy I have more pocket room for items. I have heard people are surprised when strangers show up to work, not knowing their game was public so maybe Friends Only might be the default setting. Overall, it feels weird to say but this is one of my coziest games!
just got the game the other day and so far I am Enjoying it! I do wish we could be able to hire help earlier on and build rooms for realism but I understand the game is in early access so right now these things are not major issues! people complaining about certain things knowing they purchased a early access game is beyond me. i look forward to new updates and feel good about the games future!
