Cubecois 10

Concurrent players on Steam, sampled daily since tracking started.
Cubecois was a not-free endless runner where you run a cube down a track and avoid obstacles and collect pickups. The developers original intention was for the game to be pay-2-win as certain powerups were only available if you paid them money. The "game" was also heavily monetised with skins. This comes across almost as an academic experiment to see how dumb gamers really are by dumping a craptastic endless runner on Steam, on par with your average Unity asset flip, then slapping some godawful monetisation on it (seriously, you control a cube so all they had to do was rip some "free" textures off the internet and plaster them on cubes.. they didn't even bother fixing the aspect ratios!). It gets worse, of course. The developer seems to have accidentally or deliberately blanked the game manifest. For that reason, no files will download and the game cannot be played. If a developer wants to remove a game from Steam, they should, Valve permits that. There's no reason for the developer to leave this on Steam with a corrupt/empty manifest. It's just polluting the database and the marketplace. Possibly in this case they removed the game to prevent further negative reviews as it renders the game effectively unplayable. But why not just pull the game from Steam completely? It's a mystery, almost as mysterious as why anyone would try monetise a craptastic asset-flip tier game. Anyway, don't download this, you can't, it's broken, and that's a good thing.
Great game! The music reminds me of the old Amiga days. Quite challenging, but once you get the hang of it, it's a lot of fun! No nagging ads !!!
