I dont want to be mean, but I only bought the game, because I knew it was gonna be hilariously bad lol
yeah, no. just get minecraft
Basic game play -Open chests for resources. -Kill enemies that get in your way. They drop resources too. -Destroy blocks with weapons. Blocks drop 1 resource. -Exchange resources at your base for money -Use money to upgrade character. -Die, repeat I bought the cheat code DLC for giggles. Giggles were not had. The game has 9 or 12 levels that are almost the same layout. A few hils in one, no hills in the other. The AI gets broken easily for almost no reason at all. Mobs and chests will both spawn into lava for some reason. This is really someones proof of concept that they could stick adding assests to a game long enough to call it "a game" and ship it at the bare minimum.
👑 Weitere Spielbewertungen 👑

Cube Worlds Survival is a Digital Homicide style Unity asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unity asset store packs, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers. It's important to also note the "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. Most of the game is made from the Voxel Play 2 asset pack, and a number of other low poly assets have been used (without crediting the actual creators) to assemble this "game". It's a very basic arena shooter where you need to grind repeatedly to buy upgrades and unlock more maps created with the Voxel Play 2 asset pack... that's all there is to it. Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The game features lazy low-polygon voxel "Minecraft"-like "art", making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the 1990s. A lot of amateur developers see Minecraft's success and assume it's because it looks bad, not because it had unique and appealing game mechanics, and they try to emulate the success without understanding it. It also happens to be easy, and doesn't need any proper talent in terms of game development/graphic artists etc. That's why reviewers are faced with so many of these terrible games with confrontingly bad graphics. Developers must learn that Minecraft succeeded despite the bad graphics, not because of them. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected in the general public reception. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 3 players. That's right, only 3. This is a pitiful enough number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam, the overwhelming lack of interest in the game is remarkable, but also to be expected. This complete and utter rejection of the game from gamers should be a keen information point for anyone considering buying shovelware like this. Gamers just didn't take this seriously, and for good reason. Cube Worlds Survival is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.
