В общем-то всё по классике — несколько видов плиток, многие из них нужно сперва разблокировать, чтобы сыграть. Имеется настройка сложности, которая либо включает таймер для игры на время или выключает его. Имеются инструменты, которыми можно в случае трудных ситуаций немного помочь себе. Они состоят в разбивании определённой геометрии клеток. За набранные на уровнях звёзды отстраиваем деревню. Попробовал понять, что даёт то или иное здание, но толком не смог, и тут английский оказался сложноват для меня. Jedes Level hat seine eigenen Ziele, so kann es sein, dass ihr eine bestimmte Anzahl an roten Kacheln zerstören müsst oder geblockte Kacheln befreien sollt. Hierbei ändert sich immer wieder das Design vom Level, die Konstruktion und natürlich auch der Schwierigkeitsgrad. Wobei letzteres unwichtig ist, da es kein Zeitlimit gibt und ihr entspannt nach den richtigen Mustern suchen könnt. Insgesamt gibt es 20 Upgrades, die ihr erwerben müsst. Das heißt um genug Sterne zu sammeln müsst ihr dutzende Levels abschließen. Jede Kachelfarbe lädt ein anderes Item auf, das unterschiedliche Vorteile bietet wie bspw. das zerstören von einer ganzen horizontalen Linie. Die Story gibt dem Spiel einen Mehrwert, jedoch muss ich zugeben, dass mich diese nicht die Bohne interessierte. Wer sich für die Story interessiert, sollte englisch können, da es keine deutschen Texte gibt. Für Match-3-Fans und diejenigen die was zum Entspannen ohne Zeitlimit suchen, kann ich Crystal of Atlantis gut empfehlen. Better than a lot of match-3s. There's some new mechanics, some levels with optional bits so you don't HAVE to do everything to advance, and the possibility of getting a few bonus stars for faster work, even if it doesn't really matter in the end. All in all it makes it feel more active while still being very familiar.

Scénarisé avec une histoire très classique mais avec un point de vue intéressant Crystal of Atlantis restera un Match 3 simple, joli et efficace. On pourra le finir en une 15aine d'heures ce qui nous donne un bon rapport qualité prix. Deux modes de jeu : contre la montre et en pause, un seul combo ce qui fera qu'il faudra gérer les coups spéciaux pour pouvoir finir certaines zones qui même avec le suffle resteraient inaccessibles. L'anglais reste scolaire, possibilité de couper la musique et les sons séparément, pas de carte ni de trophées. Pas de rejouabilité du coup même si on peut refaire les nombreux niveaux pour le plaisir de se détendre. Cette fois-ci je ne le conseille pas dans un bundle mais à l'unité avec peut être la petite ristourne de votre porte-monnaie ;)

Really poor quality of life features. Fullscreen or tiny unresizeable window - those are the only options. Music starts BLARING as soon as you open the game, and trying to get to the options to make it stop takes far too long. (At least there *are* options for sound and music volume.) Had to start a new puzzle to get any menu options; bizarrely, there's no button I could see to exit the game (or get to the main menu) from the map in between levels. And of course there's no text size options for the dialogue. Are match-3 games usually this bad on accessibility? Maybe I got lucky in finding a few that were easily playable first, and the rest of the genre is just a mess. I just wanted to match some gems! I never play games in fullscreen, so I guess if I keep playing I just won't be reading any of the incredibly tiny text in the tiny window. The actual match-3 part seems playable, at least for the one level I tried.
