STORY
Amusement Land is a rundown, abandoned theme park taken over by sentient animatronic creatures. In order to save Amusement Land, you (a mascot of the park) have to beat them all in a race to induce ego death in their core processing units. Along the way, you'll race with other mascots to train for dueling those mechanical baddies as well as explore the theme park itself.
CONTROLS
The game is designed for controller input, but it is playable with a keyboard!
Arrow Keys - Drive
Space - Use Item / Boost
Enter - Pause
Z - Hop / Drift
X - Accelerate
C - Brake
OTHER INFO
This game was made entirely using free and open source software: Godot, Krita, Blender, and Aesprite! It's also heavily inspired by retro kart racers from the 90's and 2000's, if that's not already obvious enough.

I've been itching for another story mode kart based racer like Diddy Kong Racing and this game scratches that itch! Quite challenging (with an option to turn the difficulty down if it's too much) and a low poly aesthetic that's reminiscent of the N64/PS1 era of kart racers. Been bopping my head along to the music too, recommended!
The track design and variety is very good, and coin race is a fun addition. Without giving spoilers, what happens inside the big castle after beating all 4 Tronic bosses was unexpected and fun to play. The only negative thing I have to say is that the Tronic races seem really dark and the
moving doors for boss race #4
is bad design, then again, that is the only level out of 16 I disliked.
Decent kart game that runs well on my Legion Go2. The game has a very N64 vibe to it. The game has only 4 playable characters, but they do look cute. Controls work fairly well, no need to set anything up if you have a controller. I don't like the cinematic effect to the visuals, it makes me feel nauseous at times. It can be turned off, but even after turning it off it's still kinda there somehow.
i like this game :>
