So much wasted potential. A lot of other reviewers said the same things so I'm not gonna add the same over again.
I really want to like this game. And I do, but... long unskippable animations are a crime. Unfortunately, the puzzles are very easy. At the beginning, they were a little bit fun. But then it became repetitive.
Interesting search and click game. Sometimes it was pretty difficult finding the right solutions. But very satisfying when I did find the solution. 10/10
Fun point and click game! It's really important to know that while this is wrapped up in a mystery story, there is no real mystery-solving aspect- the narrator talks through every "case", you just have to find the objects. Besides that, it's cool to see how environments change over time, and you can follow a large variety of characters' actions- some story-based, some side "fulcrum" stories (lots of fandom references), some that aren't mentioned by the game but still there.
Hidden object with more personality. Stories are fun and I like the idea of stories through time. Fairly easy difficulty. I do wish there was independence or putting things together yourself. Deserves better than mixed review. Grab it on a discount.
100% Crime O'Clock on 7/27/2024. Pretty fun "where's waldo" style game, where you solve crimes. One of the fun mechanics is that it gives you hints for what you are looking for but not specifically an image, so you have to use those clues to find the criminal and then track them backwards through time to find a good spot in the timeline to stop them from ever committing the crime. Sadly, the developers made some gameplay decisions that slow down the entire gameplay loop and causes it to drag on a bit too long (ie, random minigames between findings which are boring and tedious, or animation loops that can't be skipped).
