You get 1 energy every 5 minute. A map cost 6 energy to play. Scavenging material cost 5 energy. Card pulled from gacha and they have rarity. The free pull one give low rarity card at 12h+ cd. Pulling copies boost card power. Card rarity affect its max tier. Common card have 2 tier (highest rarity one have 6 tier). Each tier have level, when you upgrade level to max you can raise card tier. Both raising level and tier use material (from 3 star-ing map or scavenging) There is tower card, spell card, hero card, equipment for main hero card. Now you can imagine how grindy this game is.

The amount of time shown (1.4 hours) is about how much gameplay it gives you till you hit the energy wall (this includes the login one time 15 energy and the energy for leveling up. Everything I gained on the way felt like one-time bonuses for the most part. All the levels were easy because they are designed to be. I'm sure the levels get much harder and require higher starred cards. I looked at the dragon they featured on the premium card packs and it has 17,100 power compared to the 171 power of my best tower, literally 10,000% boost. At 5 energy per play on levels that take 3-4 minutes to clear is really high given the paltry 30 energy and slow energy regen rate. It feels like someone is using the candy crush formula except they want you to sacrifice a life before you get to play. Additionally you cannot restart without paying the full energy cost, so you have to play out every attempt you do (which didn't seem relevant now, but I can only imagine when you get hit with some super difficult levels). There are a ton of these on the mobile market and this one is ported over with no care taken for PC users. I couldn't find any way to keybind tower placements, everything is click, swipe and drag and the settings are very limited in scope. I like tower defense games but cannot recommend this one.
Update: I wanted to underwhelmingly recommend this as a pleasant casual time-waster, and I have been made aware that the Chapter 2 Ceiling is intentional, so this is more of a sneak peek than early access. However, "Update Required - A new version of the game is now available. Please update via the store to play the new features!" is not really excusable. Adding Steam to users to the mobile population that appear to have been playing for years, while allowing them to join clans with chat disabled and unable to explain why we suck (see Chapter 2 ceiling above) is also weak. I guess I will exit with one piece of useful feedback for the DEVs. There may be a small niche available for a F2P collectible TD game on Steam (I stumbled upon another one a couple years ago, that was full-featured but less enjoyable), but implementing it this poorly, even in EA, is much more likely to turn off enthusiasts. Good luck. On the scale of Yuck > Feast, I'd rate this one Jelly Bean...dropped on the floor. I actually found it casually entertaining, but a bug at the end of chapter 2 preventing chapter 3 from being unlocked quickly ruined any progression and/or fun. If this gets fixed, I might upgrade my rating to Gummy Worm.
Does not work for me and much others. 1 Prolem is to accept the privacy polies, That can be handled with a few tricks. 2. You only get a white field instead of a level map. You can start maps by clicking around and hoping to find one 3. If you are able to start a map enemies and towers are invisible. Absolutely unplayable for me and much others
jogo pede atualização que simplesmente não existe!
Мм.. Исли другие игроки смогли запустить первый уровень, то я не смог войти даже в стартовую менюшку. Игра требует обновления, которого нет.
Начинаю первую миссию, жмку старт... И ничего не происходит, монстры не появляются.
