Good game, but I do agree with what others say, the fact its real time and there is only a limited amount you can do puts my score down for it. 7/10

A very cozy game, that wasn't for me. Felt like a cross between Animal Crossing and Don't Starve (single player). I'll give it a good rating since the game itself seems high quality, it was just a bad fit for me personally. +++ Extremely cozy vibes. Something about the fire and music and slowly bringing warmth and colour back to the world, everything just works. ++ Lots of very interesting characters. ++ Great music. Cute visuals. + Inventory management is a bit awkward on controller, but you have a very generous inventory, so it doesn't matter much. -- The game is "real time gated" like Animal Crossing. Personally I find these mechanics frustrating. I want to play until I want to stop, rather than the game telling me when to stop. Some resources like shrubs do grow in real time. -- Most of the game in the first "day" at least seems to be repeatedly running around the entire island, scouring every inch of scrubland for tiny lost objects. I didn't really enjoy this, personally. -- Interactive objects are almost indistinguishable from background decoration. To gather resources, you just press the A button randomly and hope for the best.

I adore this game, beautiful story & graphics, quests are not stressful and a great game to loose yourself in

Didn't expect to spend 87+ hours here, but here we are. Relaxing, charming, and full of little things to look forward to every day. Just keep in mind that it's designed to be played a little each day rather than binged. If you're okay with that, it's an easy recommendation. Perfect game to unwind with.

When my life sucked, and i had very little time or energy for anything, this game helped me. It soothed my frazzled nerves, and helped me feel better at the end of the day. Thank you very much. The ambience is calming, cozy and positive. The characters were quirky but not annoying. the gameplay was simple, but worked really well for this type of real-time game.
