In this video I take a look at Cossanox a side scrolling space shooter. A very challenging shooter with appealing graphics and some nice weapon power-ups, but don't take a bullet or you'll have to collect them again! You can also turn the ship around to fire backwards while your drone continues to fire forwards taking care of rear enemies. The drone itself can be configured to fire any direction. Well made but very hard! Watch the video to see what the game is like..... https://youtu.be/P91BH4Q4dAk Check'n Games, providing you with as many Let's Play's as we can. Thanks for watching. EDIT: since complaneing about the colour pallet the dev has patched the game to improve visablity (dramaticly on the first level at least) EDIT: ok it's not all perfect. wtf is everything blue? sooo hard to see stuff everything is blue; your shot, enemy ships, enemy shots, the backround, the foreground, the bomb pods,,, it's all blue and really hard to diffrenciate. none of the graphics options fix this btw it will they will always match. very dumb. it's a good game. got it's own personality. it's a shmup with large ammount of ships that all play a little diffrent. it's got weapon control type stuff. you can turn around, witch is very good and stuff. looks good sounds good. im struggleing to beat the first misson on normal witch is the second out of 4 difficultys so it's got a lot of challange to sink your teeth into. It's good, i got it for like 2 bucks. amazing bargain, goes to show you just how hard it is to sell SHoot em uPS it's worth full price if you are a shmupfan. i highly reccomend it.
Awesome & Impressive challenging Side Scrolling Shoot Em Up. Great smooth controls and lots of buttons to press and memorise, 6 Different Ships to choose from each with their own weapons and abilities. 7 Big well designed Stages with really nice effects + visuals, Great Atmospheric Music. Loads of variety of enemies and Amazing end of stage hard Bosses. Lots of different weapons to collect after destroying the enemy forces. You have two weapon turrets or drones which you can rotate when firing. Charge Beam Shot similar to R-Type. It can be charged 3 times for a mega blast. (Blue, Red, Green most Powerful Beam) Turn your Space Ship around to fire the other direction which is so cool. The Games Programmer (Steven) as put tons of hard work into this game and well worth full price. I will highly recommend this game to more Advanced Shoot Em Up fans because it is very hard and much practise is needed to get through each challenging stage. Their is also limited Continues & 3 lives to help you. 4 difficulty levels. Hard, Normal, Easy, Very Easy. Hope to see a sequel Cossanox 2 ? Buy this game and have lots of fun...Both Thumbs UP :) SHOOT EM UPS FOR LIFE!!!
