The existence of this game alone makes me happy <3
The game has a lot of good ideas, but has quite a few issues: Bugs: Text missing in dialog or descriptions Talking to certain NPC's will softlock the game Quests not triggering Overwriting a costume doesn't actually do anything. Gameplay: Missing simple quality of life features like being able to delete an outfit or create an original preset Short, can most likely finish within a couple hours. I spent far more time than that as I expected longer gameplay and harder endgame. Repetitive. Very few environments in the game, low amount of enemy variations, small amount of NPC's to interact with. I purchased this game as I'm a huge fan of Knights of Pen & Paper and Galaxy of Pen and Paper hoping it would have the same quality and depth as those. Hopefully the game gets a lot of updates because right now, its simply not worth the money and a blemish on the company reputation.
Full Walkthrough: https://youtu.be/JeJyuDmUtCw ★★★★☆ Gameplay: Decent Graphics: Good Music: Good Story: Good PC Requirements: Potato Game Time: 3 - 5 hrs Need to fix some bugs
Do not purchase if you intend to complete the game, it isn't possible. The game suffers from numerous bugs, the most notable being the infinite loading screens that cause soft locks on REQUIRED events for main story progression.
Sad to say this game has bugs in it which makes it frustrating to play. The biggest issue is that the mouse cursor will disappear and just not reappear again. The mouse is working, but you don't know where the invisible cursor is. And that was happening right away in the game, and nothing I did would prevent it. Looked like a interesting game - if a bit basic - but fun idea. The issue is, it was impossible to play after it reloaded a new scene.
This game is Early Access, and boy do I feel that. The bugs I reported in my original review have been resolved, which is fantastic!

As someone who only had put in a few hours in this game, it has good potential. This review might change with future updates. Pros: - Create your custom cosplay with thousands of options, colors, accessories, and skills - A story of starting and coming out. - Challenging battles and optional fights with rewards as you collect them to improve your collection. - Linear progression but you chose when to do them. Con: - Hair glitches out at times. - Some battles will cause the game to take a long time to load or remain on the screen - Saving will cause your pins to be reset if you quit while at a con.
Easy Summary: The same developers put out a fun spin on the turn-based rpg through blending the cosplay lifestyle with magical girls. Do you want a magical girl story that blends a mundane world with a magical one? Do you want a character creation tool to dress up an oc like your favorite characters? Do you want to imagine your oc's were popular media characters that people would recognize at a con? There's little ways these questions get fulfilled, like how the battles are 'roleplay battles' like photo poses you might see at a convention, or how there's a little bit of flexibility with how you can design outfits. NPCs may recognize and comment on your cosplay, which was interesting when an NPC stated the name of my cosplay, which was an OC. I can see someone having fun matching the cosplay to the event, like imagining their oc project got it's own videogame. I like the pin-based combat. Just textually from that it makes me fondly think of TWEWY a little. You start out with only so many options, but there's some good kitting to it (hopefully I can have multiples of The Show Must Go On for my party?) The tag system is fun, though I think it'll take an event or two, at least, for me to really hit the stride with it. Like Chroma Squad, it's got a slow burn at the start I wanna say, but you'll quickly hit the plot and see how things snowball I expect.
