I've been playing this game since Alpha and the Steam release version is my favorite. The developer has been responsive with squashing bugs and implementing fixes and design changes. The game itself is addictive. The concept is simple but there is a lot of depth to obstacle placement and power up usage. I feel like my skill matters more than luck, which is great for a score attack game like this, and every game I play I can see things I can improve to get better. The global leaderboard is a great addition that keeps me hooked trying to get the top spot. I've played hundreds of games already. They are nice and short meaning you can pick it up for a few minutes in between other things, or sit down for a longer session and it will still keep your attention. This game is a blast.

I am god gamer g3rd0 and this is my favorite game on Steam.
The game developer is not only visibly productive, but also powerful and strong. I have talked to all the best and most high profile game developer members about it and they all have confirmed this to me. I would not be surprised to see epiblitikos completely control gaming in the near future. This game slaps.
Bu yüksek tempolu arcade oyununda sonsuz tehlike dalgalarından kaçın, renkleri eşleştirin, engellerden kaçının ve güçlendiriciler kazanın!
Addicting game with simple controls! Works best with a controller. Each round starts off slow but quickly picks up pace until you can't keep up.
"Convergence Compulsion" is a rather poorly done arcade game made with the godawful blight on gaming that is GameMaker Studio, and this comes across as someone's weekend project or homework assignment or something. A simple minimalist 2D retro action movement game, navigate endless waves of danger, matching colors to avoid obstacles and earn power-ups in a fast-paced arcade-style score attack. The game features a colour matching gimmick and a bit of bouncing off boxes Super Mario style, but there's ultimately nothing really new or innovative here in the game design, and if you combine that with the typically weak technical implementation that's synonymous with GameMaker Studio, it's easy to see why this was a complete and utter failure. On the topic of visuals, the weak looking 2D retro assets seem like they'd be more at home in a browser game or a mobile app. 3D graphics accelerators hit the mainstream of PC gaming in the mid 1990's with cards like the ATI Rage and Voodoo3D, there's no excuse for such poor 2D graphics in 2025. That alone is enough to disqualify this for recommendation. This game is fairly dated at 5 years old... it's showing a bit of age and won't give you a very up-to-date gaming experience. It's free... now, but it wasn't before. The developer was charging $3 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It's a nice gesture for the game to be given away for free, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. It's also a bit of a slap in the face to anyone who paid money for this... nobody got refunded. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 5 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.
