About
Deep content. Diverse missions. Thoughtful design. Welcome to ContractVille.
In Port Town, you start your journey with almost no money. Take on some work from the neighborhood and earn a modest income. Together with your friends, establish a business with up to 4 members. Enjoy the open world in Creek Harbour.

Accept a contract mission or buy a ruin. Engage in construction across small, medium, and large plots. Pick up your sledgehammer and get to work.
When life gets too stressful, sometimes all you need is a sledgehammer and a wall.
Clean up trash, extract broken furniture from the ruins.
Take the first step in a complete renovation of the land.

Decide how many floors your house will have based on the size of your land.
Create your dream house using the planner.
Place the walls, windows, exterior doors, and interior doors as you wish.
Categorize the areas and separate the rooms. Choose the size of each room and define its function — bedroom, kitchen, living room, or something else.
Show your creativity!

Dig the soil with your shovel, prepare the cement, add reinforcement, and lay the bricks and tiles. Then move on to the interior construction of the house. Plaster, paint. Lay the floor tiles.
Many choices and customizations await you. You can paint the walls the color you want and choose the pattern of the floor tiles.
Customize your home's appearance from top to bottom — roof, balcony, porch, and even the garden. It’s all in your hands.
Complete entire construction projects from the ground up. Once finished, furnish and decorate them to your taste — or put them up for auction and turn your work into profit.

You can decorate every inch of the house and garden as you wish.
There are hundreds of decoration products and furniture suitable for every room. You will get design points for the decorations you make and will allow you to earn extra money. You can even customize the details of almost every piece of furniture.
When you receive a decoration task as part of a contract mission, you'll be tasked with renovating a house full of outdated items. These items can then be sold at the Pawn Shop.

After earning a small amount of money, buy your office and sell dozens of upgrades.
Grow your company with the improvements you make.
Transform your office from an almost empty plot of land into a highly equipped business center.
Enjoy many developments such as wind turbines, a warehouse, a garage, a basketball court, a cafeteria, and a pool.

Co-op is not for you? If you are a solo player, you can hire workers if you want. (It's also possible if you're playing co-op.)
After setting up your company, you can build your own construction crew by purchasing the Worker Cabins upgrade in your office. Pay workers a daily wage and give them commands to use them in your mission areas.

Mail Missions: Accept jobs in your neighborhood and as you complete a task, a new mail mission will appear on your tablet.
Contract Missions: Choose between Demolish, Decorate, Logistic and Build missions.
Go Green: Use the Go Green App on your tablet to complete various tasks and earn rewards. Green the environment by planting trees, plants, and seeds. Hang eco-friendly posters on the walls. Inform people about protecting nature. Advertise the vehicles in the game world. Rescue animals trapped in trash and clean up the forest. Fight the vandals and bring them to justice. Build a water mill to clean the river.
Taxi: Become a taxi driver with your own vehicle. Take passengers to their destination and earn extra money. Also, if you want to get to a location quickly, you can call a taxi and be a passenger yourself!
Cargo: Deliver cargo boxes from warehouses to designated locations. But be careful; some of them might be fragile!
Recycle: Recycle the garbage you collect in the recycling factory and earn extra income.
Cars: In ContractVille, dozens of different vehicles await you. At the city’s three car galleries, you can explore and purchase a wide range of options—including electric vehicles, sports cars, high-capacity models, and more.
Emotes & Jokes: You’ll also find plenty of ways to enjoy yourself with your friends. Slap your friend, horn at them, or throw whoopie cussion.
Upgrade Your Skills: As you gain experience, you gain skill points and can choose which skills or tools to focus on. Having colleagues specialize in different subjects can make your job even easier. For example, while your friend can demolish faster, you can improve your tech skills.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY! I really want to give this game a good review, but its just not as good as it should be. This a building/construction sim and the most limited part of the game is the building design. The following is a long review, but I highly suggest reading this before purchase. Overall: The game is fun. IT HAS NO RIGHT TO BE. I say that because there are actual game breaking bugs and yet I am still playing it and find myself weirdly invested. I would say its great, but the bugs screw it completely, I would say the bugs make it terrible and unplayable, and they have not added enough design and content overall, but I have been playing for hours. So, I guess its just mid? idk. pros: -very detailed building process that demands planning and CAN produce very appealing designs -Plenty of play time due to the amount of unlockable properties, skills, vehicles and office upgrades (also a con? somehow?). -Overall very fun and addicting experience cons: -Runs like crap! my sessions usually start stuttering 30 minutes into game play even with the lowest settings. I can run large graphically intense games like Hell Divers 2 and Satisfactory on my computer with little to no issues (HD2 still has issues, but those are server side). This game is not that detailed or large and should not be causing these issues. Despite the update announcements that claim to have handled these issues, they still remain. -Minor bugs: -Objects disappearing. I had to replace 2 trolleys (Dollies for us yanks) because I pressed "E" in the wrong spot. Vehicles floating in the air only to drop to the surface when you start driving. - The auction function is broken, it just locks up and stops being accessible after trying to view my bids a few times. I actually have to uninstall and reinstall to fix this. Inexcusable. - Painting is still broken, I know this is not game breaking, but the past two updates were supposed to fix it, and yet if I leave a wall half painted and walk out of a building site, I cannot continue painting without restarting the game from the menu screen. -I still cant fix a design issue after I start the building stage. This is unrealistic and frustrating, designs can be changed after building starts in real life, so why not in the game? I hate that when I accidently screw up a design that I have to deal with an ugly build or scrap the entire project, that makes no sense. -The designs are very limited and seem contrary to those advertised in the game's promo art. I cant build a diagonal wall, something that exists in the most rudimentary building systems in games that don't even focus on building, but I can't do it in a game in which the sole purpose IS building. Also glass walls are seen in the A-frame shown in the valentine's day bundle (I purchased it for that reason) and I have yet to find a way to build glass walls. In short the build designs are cubes, literally cubes, just with an option of hip or gable roofs. -So many features in this game serve no purpose. The office building is hyped up as a big achievement, and it serves no purpose other than being a building you own. The trash compacter, fuel station, garage and worker shack are the only office upgrades with any utility, but the building itself is just pointless.
👍👍👍

Room planner is garbage. Can't account for anything other than square boxes that has to be larger than 4m². Wouldn't be to hard to navigate around one would think. Yes, But actually no. DEvs thought it would be awesome if they also rob you any type of control over how the arbitrary squares are allocated in the planner. Your room is 30m². Wrong! Your stairs make it so a fictional sudo square appeares and that square is less than 4m². Your plans are therefor denied. Pretty lame and very limiting in a game that brags about how creative you can be. Ofc these are problems you won't run into until the 2h refund window is long gone. They refuse to fix it as well. They do however earn some realism points because it invokes the same frustration from arbitrary bs regulations as if you where to try and build something in real life.
