About
Conqueror's Stage is a real-time grand strategy game about building an empire across a new world every campaign. Lead one of eight factions from scattered tribes to imperial armies, expand across procedurally generated continents, research technologies, negotiate alliances, and conquer your rivals until the map is yours.
No fixed maps. No scripted history. Every campaign begins on a new landmass shaped by terrain, borders, rivers, mountains, and strategic choke points.
There are no hand-crafted historical maps here. Every playthrough generates a fresh continental landscape with its own terrain, coastlines, mountains, rivers, and strategic choke points. Your enemies start where the world places them. Your borders are shaped by the land itself, not by a history book.
No two campaigns will ever feel the same.
Advance your civilization through five historical ages:
The First Age - scattered tribes, early settlements, and the first struggle for survival
The Ancient Age - organized armies, early military structure, and expanding territories
The Medieval Age - stronger settlements, disciplined forces, and territorial pressure
The Renaissance Age - improved tactics, stronger economies, and more complex rivalries
The Imperial Age - disciplined armies, military science, and the final push for domination
Every age changes the shape of your campaign. Research unlocks new possibilities, strengthens your economy, improves your military capacity, and forces you to choose what kind of empire you want to build.
Establish settlements in neutral land and grow them into stronger cities. Every settlement produces income, every soldier demands upkeep, and every expansion decision changes the balance of your campaign.
Expand too fast and your economy may collapse. Expand too slowly and your rivals may outpace you. Conqueror's Stage is about finding the right rhythm between growth, defense, diplomacy, and war.
Each age offers technologies that shape your strategy. Some strengthen your economy. Some improve military efficiency. Others support expansion, movement, or settlement development.
You cannot do everything at once. Every research decision opens one path while delaying another.
War is not accidental. Combat only happens between factions that have formally declared war. Neutral armies can pass without bloodshed, but declared enemies will fight when they meet.
Forge alliances, declare wars, negotiate peace, and use your strength at the diplomatic table. Every relationship matters, and every conflict can reshape the map.
The world moves in real time, but you control the tempo. Adjust the game speed, pause when needed, and make decisions without waiting for turns.
Armies move freely across the map. No hex grids. No fixed movement rails. Positioning, timing, and expansion pressure define the campaign.
There is only one victory condition: control every city on the map.
No point victories. No partial wins. No time limits. Your rivals will not surrender easily. The question is not whether you will fight - it is whether you will be the last conqueror standing.
Procedural Worlds - Each campaign takes place on a newly generated continent with unique terrain, borders, coastlines, and strategic positions.
Five Ages of Warfare - Guide your faction from primitive beginnings to imperial armies across one continuous campaign.
Streamlined Grand Strategy - Focused economy, clear military decisions, and meaningful strategic choices without unnecessary micromanagement.
Free-Form Army Movement - Move armies freely across the map without hex grids or fixed paths.
Diplomacy with Consequences - Declare war, propose alliances, negotiate peace, and manage rival factions through shifting power relations.
Meaningful Technology Choices - Research technologies that shape your economy, military strength, expansion speed, and long-term strategy.
Settlement Growth - Found settlements, train soldiers, manage income, and decide when to expand or consolidate.
Real-Time with Pause - Command the campaign in real time, change the speed, and pause whenever the situation demands it.
Eight-Faction Campaigns - Lead one faction against up to seven AI opponents across a contested procedural world.
Total Conquest - Control every city and become the final power on the map.
Built for grand strategy lovers who want to finish a campaign in an evening, not a season.
Conqueror's Stage is built for players who enjoy the scale of grand strategy but want a cleaner, more focused campaign experience. If you like building an empire, managing expansion, researching technologies, navigating diplomacy, and watching the map change through your decisions, this is your battlefield.
Single-player only. No online requirements. No gacha. Just you, the map, and the will to shape history.
Five Ages. One Conqueror.

Reviews
I think the game is priced fairly to be worth buying, especially given what it may turn into, though be warned that while it's priced fairly at $7 that price can't give you the highest expectations. I do want to note though, the devs are awesome! They're the main reason I'm leaving a review at all and pushed it from maybe neutral to a recommend, they're extremely quick and helpful with bug reports, very active in community discussions, and while it's early they seem to be taking all advice to heart and are using it to actively make the game much better. The pro is simple so I won't go too far into it, what you see on the store is really what you get, it's a relatively simple 4x game, the kind of thing that I would have loved back in the day as a flash game or something. The cons are the same really, it's very shallow. The research didn't feel that important, some of the requirements for aging up and researching were a bit annoying, no army automation made late game settling and late game war a bit annoying to handle manually, overall the game is really just "click build army, send army, win", I especially wish the tech felt more rewarding and you didn't have to pick between the options. Almost all of the issues I have have been mentioned by others, and in almost every case the devs immediately respond saying they intend to change those features to be more how the players want. Overall the game is exactly as advertised, if it seems fun to you then you likely will think it is, and I think with the proper support these devs will turn it into something even better. For $7-$8 it's worth it to be a part of that process to see if it becomes something better and regardless of future changes it's good to have the occasional simple game to go waste some time in.
I love the idea of this game and I really cant wait to see what it will look like in the future! The potential is so high and I want to see this game soar!!!
Good game that is quite fun and easy to learn! It's simple and can be completed in a single afternoon, although it's not an excellent game yet. The AI needs extreme upgrades, the research feels unimportant, and the overall game is quite shallow. All you really do is click armies, send armies, and form alliances to defend a border, but that's about it. The graphics are quite simple and could be upgraded. Additionally, it's very easy to snowball your power into becoming the most powerful state in less than 20 years. However, this game has significant potential, and I'm very excited to see where it goes! I hope development continues, and I wish the developers the best with this game.
full oyunu bekliyordum yayınlandığı gibi aldım beklentimi karşıladı hatta baya sarıyor oynaması tek aklıma gelen feedback olarak asker yenilenme sayısı arttırılabilir yada süresi belki bir tık azaltılabilir gibi geldi :)) demodan sonra eklenenler iyi olmuş özellikle askerleri toplu hareket ettirebilme özelliği tavsiye ediyorum arkadaşlar
It is very fun and has some problems, but the developers are doing a great job and working on it. From my experience playing a large map with max enemies and completing it: - border gore for all the villages left out of towns and cities - you can't tell how many troops the AI has because they just stack on top of each other - it is so hard to make citadels, I think it is better to rethink the upgrade system - so much lag in the endgame, I think I played at 15/20 fps That's all, but the game is still great and with future updates it will have infinite replayability
I think this game as incredible potential. Its cheap, give it a try.
A simple, though interesting game with surprising depth. Can't wait to see how it develops.
There is so much potential for this game, and I can't wait to see what it becomes. I do think that there could be some tweaks regarding combat since its a little tedious to control, especially when units split up into multiple smaller units. Along with that theres the issue with border gore, but thats fine and not too big of a deal most of the time (although it would be nice for a solution of sorts to be added, like a more refined peace deal system or something along the lines of that.) All in all, I'm looking forward to seeing this game get more fleshed out!
