I have no idea why everyone is saying that this game sucks. Maybe all the reviewers are born after 2010 because sure, this game is old but it plays fine on modern systems, the controls are a little different but nothing unplayable and the gameplay is fine, just a standard fps of that era. Yeah, the story is the classic "America saves the world with their super soldiers" but its ok, it has some jokes and "bromance" here and there. The game isnt that much well written as you can expect but on hard and above difficulty its a good challenge. I liked that you can pick which mission you want to play in any order you want (until a point) and you get some weapon upgrades for finishing them. The gunplay is like the previous conflict games and you might meet a familiar face :). Its not as tactical as the conflict series, you just have an AI buddy (since you cant play it co op anymore, maybe with 3rd party programs). Overall, if you like older games from that era, it will be a fun and challenging experience and on a sale its less than a euro.
Masterpiece! 7/10
I remember playing this as a kid and though this was fire. Its meh...didn't have any problems running the game its just "Meh..."

Surpisingly good action-war game. ♥♥♥♥♥ Special Ops. I didn't played this part after OG Conflict Desert Storms but it turned out- this is good tho. Graphics are better than on store shots, physics and enemies AI are surprisingly good. I see we can complete missions around the world in any order you want. Feels like Call of Duty but not too scripted. Teamplay of gameplay. Give order. Flank. Strike. Attack. Nice animation happens when enemies are dead your comrade checks them if they alive by kicking with foot. Wtf this is great! They don't pay attention these days to the details. Worth it! It has nice and pretty destruction implemented. 3rd person animations also are nice. Game head of its time.
Arcade style gameplay. Me saying this as a title of arcade game, is not saying that it is an arcade game, it reminds me so much of the games you find in the arcade where you have the toy pistol and you eliminate enemies and it pans to the next scene and seeing how long you can last. It reminds me of this due to how the game looks, the bobbing of the gun and the movement of characters that you play. I really do enjoy old style gems that they are bringing back it reminds me of what a single player can be and was. Not so much as a slapped on title and copy and paste that you find every so often. What really stood out to me is the blur effect that you get when your character focuses on objects and the splatter when eliminating an enemy as a game that has been made such a long time ago, some aspects are a bit off for me is that the story is more so just throwing me in the mix and I am not too sure of what is going on but to do what the objective says too. me only having about .5 hours into this I am getting the running and shooting against enemies in a non stop action pack game. In my opinion, this game is something to most definitely something to try out and play, however I highly recommend this game only on a super sale, due to the immense shelf life that this game has.
A good game overall, not great by any means, if you like ps2, ps3 linear military shooters, then go for it.
is this game good god no it is horrible but i love it is so good to me for no reason idk what it is maybe the headshots are somehow the most satisfying iv felt in gaming maybe cause of the extra skill i had to play with in either a bug or a dedicated part of the game with the lack of a reticale when adsing
game was probably good for 2008 but not so much in 2026. i think they are some good ideas here. The two players control. one with a machine gun and one with a sniper. You can give order to the other one. But unfortunately, this is where the good stops. The AI companion is stupid. You are really playing alone and have to drag a stone with you. The gun play is a bit off also. If you shot an ennemy in the head. He doesn't always dies with one bullet. The guy is in T-shirt and sandals... You cannot remap the keys. This game was released on console and it's a cheap port most probably. This could have been good to play with a friend but this used to work with spy ID which is dead. Real shame.
For 90¢ I found it a challenging and enjoyable shooter, and I'm picky. Played fine on the Deck although the cut scenes won't always play, missions are just fine. I did have to bind keys to the deck to get it just how I wanted it, took about 15 minutes.
