Um jogo incrível! Juntos, criando uma baita atmosfera sinistra, mas curiosa/misteriosa, temos: [*]arte diferente e interessante, os quadros do dinning hall, pessoalmente, são os meus favoritos; [*]música muito envolvente, com trocas de trilhas para cada momento, se encaixando perfeitamente em cada um; [*]jumpscares muito bons e bem colocados, pela atmosfera já ser sinistra sozinha alguns deles me causaram mini-infartos; [*]vários puzzles diferentes e muito bem pensados, os meus favoritos foram [spoiler] os puzzles do monge [/spoiler]. Me vi a todo momento curiosa em saber o que aconteceria em seguida, me perguntando quais seriam todos os segredos do hotel -- e a história por trás de tudo que estava acontecendo. Recomendado ao extremo, já aguardo ansiosamente pelos próximos!

Concierge is a very entertaining and unique experience. I’d definitely recommend it to fans of point and click adventures or anyone who enjoys slower-paced, exploration-focused games. I especially appreciated the art direction and sound design, which made the gameplay feel immersive. Give it a try!

Cara, que experiencia boa é viver uma história sem medo de ter que entende-la por completo. Feliz sou por ter conseguido passar por essa experiencia, ficar confuso mas ficar feliz por ela ser assim num bom sentido. Eu comecei curioso e com medo, passei por confusão e ansiedade, depois por mais confusão mas intrigado com tudo que se passou e no fim satisfeito e analisando toda a trajetória. Eu adorei como esse jogo faz você querer investigar mais e mais, mesmo que batendo e paredes de duvida e pela minha incapacidade de chegar no que aquilo queria realmente dizer. E mesmo depois de acabado ele te faz ter vontade de revisitar tudo pra tentar ver por outro perspectiva. Eu entrei nesse jogo para fazer uma review, sem nenhuma expectativa e sai com vontade de fazer tudo nele de novo, eu amei e super recomendo a experiencia.

I can count on my fingers the amount of single player games I've played in the last 5 or so years, but I'm glad this was one of them. Good puzzles; not too hard, not too easy. The right amount of mystery and a banger art style. If you just want to get the story done, go right ahead. But there's so much more to do and explore. Enjoy your stay :)

atmospheric banger with amazing sound design, play it

This is such a cool hidden gem and one of THE best point n click games I've ever played! I loved the atmosphere and sound design is next level but barring the cryptic puzzles I'm shocked at how little attention this has gotten. If anything this game will be a cult classic but I'm looking forward to the big chameleon update dropping and maybe it will help get some more attention. If you like interesting puzzles or creepy atmosphere or the fun of piecing together story/lore GET THIS GEM!!!

The game's presentation is absolutely captivating. The sound and visual capture a perfect mood for a mysterious hotel and make you always itch to continue solving its puzzles. A hidden gem in the point and click genre for sure, I cant recommend it highly enough!
