13 May 1985: Today is my BIRTHDAY!!! Mum gave me the best present ever! a Commander 85 – a super modern computer with real artificial intelligence! It’s very smart, and I can talk to it and play games on it. I can’t wait till the other boys see it!

Вроде задумка здравая, но реализация ужасная...
Słabe wykonanie, amatorszczyzną wieje na kilometr. Toporny interfejs, sterowanie. Wysłuchiwanie tych samych dialogów po kilka razy z rzędu to jakaś paranoja. Ilość bugów irytuje i psuje zabawę. Plus za pomysł. Ale tak jak jest podany to mnie rozczarował.
What a load of bull this game is, unpolished and very annoying talking computer drove me crazy, interface is awful and would not recommend this game. Avoid at all costs!
I remember all those good times - the 1980s. This game is literally like a time machine, it allows you to go back in time, and relive those awesome moments once more! Sure, the gameplay could be easier, and the manual text bigger - but I still think this game is worth checking out.
Nothing at all like hacking in the 80's If that's what you are looking for try Hacknet it is much better. Also Grey Hack. The time period is the 80's and I was looking forward to that till I spotted a poster reference to "Home Alone" a 1990 movie right there on the wall next to my bed....I grew up in the 80's this is not the 80's. The music was not the 80's, my nostalgia was shot in the face. The DOS like interface of Commander 85 cpu is frustrating as it almost seems like some effort was being made to mimic the command line OS however it fails significantly. You can't use abbreviations to quicken typed commands, nor can you simply use the "up" arrow on the keyboard to scroll through recent used commands. The control to move almost feel like quick time events that are counter intuitive and unbreakable once you engage one via the left or right if you are trying to leave an area mouse buttons. So no freedom of movement through your room via ASWD keys. Now after you get past all of that upon being chewed out by your beastly mother you realize the time of day seems to continuously fly by giving the game a real feel of pushing you to get through the narrative in the quickest time ever, I love a game that provides "fun" being constantly pushed to do anything is not my idea of "Fun." I am not implying that some events should not be pressed for time like the virus attack, but the whole game should give you some relaxing moments where you are not constantly battling a timer on your mothers overbearing personality and other such annoyances. This kids life must have been hell, it's a real wander why he doesn't just let the damn virus do it's thing. One last complaint, at night time or if you leave the house you can not simply remove the phone from the computer nor is there any way to unplug the computer from the wall so fat chance of using real logic to keep the hack at bay in sleep times and events where you leave the house. I really wish I could get through this game but every time i just get frustrated and see more bad than good.
Good for anyone who likes the 80s.. Wish it was longer though. I hope the developer will make prequels and sequels to it. I got the bad ending. LOL. Also, the laziness of the developer can be seen in the model for the computer. An A600 that didn't have its Amiga keys removed and rebadged.
Absolutely horrible. Don't buy.
Super gierka, fajna grafika i ciekawe zagadki. Jeżeli ktoś lubi lata 85', dobrą historie i rozwiazywanie zagadek logicznych to serdecznie polecam!
Trudna, ale świetny klimat. Dużo nawiązań do lat 80tych i 90tych wiele smaczków. Obsługa komputera to spore wyzwanie dla kogoś kto nie pamięta tych czasów.
There's a demo available, and if you're playing the demo, there's a Full Game Available!!! Actually, it's more like a piece of timeless art, timelesser than the internet, 'cos the internet deletes stuff, like bloopers of Michael Madsen telling John Spencer to "Turn the *Fasterisks* key, Sir.", while pointing a gun at him, and John Spencer giggling and replying 'Aren't we going for PG rated, here? Before they both crack up laughing. Honestly, I recommend playing the demo, or sleep a lot (in game) just to see the credits, so you can appreciate how this piece of timeless art, transpired.
